            I placed an order with Bombshell Imports LLC on 12/31/21 for a wig. On 1/25/22 I contacted the seller informing them that Ive yet to receive the wig or any updates on the purchase, the seller was unaware of this. However stated the warehouse is closed for Chinese New Year and will reopen on 2/7/22 which when shell ship out the item. Seller reached out on 2/8/22 and stated Ive resumed shipping and will be shipping your wig I reached out to the seller again on/or around 2/13/22 informing that I still dont have a wig or any shipping information and my birthday is 3/5 and I intended to wear the wig then. Seller offered a refund saying the wig is no longer in stock. I asked the seller If she had a similar wig within the same price range that she can just switch out. Seller told me shell check the warehouse on 2/17/22 I hadnt heard from the seller in which this moment I just informed the seller Ill take a refund. Seller told me the refund will be processed according to seller and website a refund takes **** days Ive yet to receive my refund and no communication from the seller. Ive made several attempts to reach out the seller via website and email/text and social media.

            I ordered my hair in June! I wrote this girl at least 12 times regarding my refund for hair I never received. She gave me the run around sooo many times! She even lied and asked for my address to have the money dropped off. She never dropped my money off and then changed her number and took the page down!! Please do NOT TRUST them when providing you with the products or even your refund back!!

            There wasn't any number change the business line was not working via i message at the time , the page was deleted from instagram & is now back active & a post was made informing everyone . I do apologize for any
            inconvenience.

            And here we are 11/29/21...still no refund!!! I have sent emails like y'all asked and text message!!! Please just send my funds back for my order which is #2615!!! Y'all taking people money and think that's okay! But when someone doesn't send the money right away for their order y'all come at them hostile. I just want my money.
