Made appointment at WINDOW TINT USA IN ************* ******* for window tint for 2 car windows and headlight protection film! After 3.5 hours, window **************** protection wasnt applied correctly. WINDOW TINT USA, wanted to try to redo said items! Did not allow Window Tint USA to redo work lost confidence in dealer! Especially after damaging leather interior handle & not taking responsibility of poor workmanship!Business response

This individual has an axe to grind. When he was in my waiting room trying to choose a material, he was very frantic, indecisive and all over the place and talking to himself. During the work on his vehicle he added more work. This additional work took an extra hour. Upon him receiving the vehicle, he went on a tangent of the alleged poor workmanship. We had a discussion, offered to redo anything and or refund his money. He declined. He claimed he had to go and frantically drove off. That was the last I heard from him until the bad review happened a month later. He had posted pictures of the window film half off the doors of the vehicle - This was an SUV, we only tinted the 2 front doors in the first place, implying that this is the way we left the vehicle or this is what happened post delivery. This is untrue.
I have tried to reach out to him via email and phone. Every time I do this he simply posts more irrelavent pictures of our alleged poor, work with out any comments. Keep in mind, it took him 30 days for him to write bad reviews and contact you at BBB.
Never did I receive a call trying to rectify any issue he has. This individual has done damage to my business with no relative content and I consider him to have acted maliciously. His cowardly actions have proven what type of person he is.
As for what type of person I am, you can see by all the 5 stars reviews how satisfied my customer base is in the way they mention me by name.
I trust you have looked into his comments on his experience at my place of business, including my response. Attached in this response to BBB is also an email I sent to him a few weeks ago offering a refund and compensation. The refund still stands, the compensation is off the table.
I really appreciate you looking into this. It's good to know that you are willing to hear, both sides of the story.
