            This company is a complete scam. I never signed up for anything and have been paying $17.31 per month for what they call a membership. I did call them and talked to a customer representative. He said I didn't check a box when I ordered some pest deterrents and so I am a member of the *** club. When I said I didn't sign up for anything he offered to return my last months charge of $17.31. I think they feel that if the charge is not exhorbitant they can get by with this charge monthly. If confronted, they say they will refund the last month's membership fee and cancel the membership. I can only say that they bilk millions out of the public with this scam. It really is a deterrent to ordering anything on line. I would leave a minus star if able.

            We understand that this was not made clear to you when you made your purchase and we sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused. We have now canceled your membership and refunded all charges made to your account since the start of your membership.
