            **************************************** <****************************************> 5/6/2024 Order# ********** Request to Return 6 Ground Coffee Hello,The Ground coffee is horrible, *****, tasteless, bitter, request to Return for a Refund. I purchased 6 bags hoping to stock up but alas I cannot force myself to drink such awful coffee.The Lavazza ******** Whole **** Coffee Blend Dark Roast 12oz, is not Dark at all. It's more like Medium Roast, it's not a very strong flavor. The Kicking Horse Coffee Grizzly Claw Dark Roast Whole Bean is a lot Darker roast. Thank you.Re: Order# ********** Request to Replace Expired Kicking Horse Whole Beans ?Italybestcoffee ise the only store that has a ridiculous policy that do not provide a Satisfaction Guarantee or Return for Refund due to "Inferior" Grade of coffee. I would ship back ALL the coffee that I had purchased if you provide a Return Shipping Label. The coffee you shipped are so horrid that I can't consume them they are undrinkable. I was hoping to find a coffee shop where I could continue to purchase "FRESH" roasted coffee, sadly you shipped the "OLDEST" bags of coffee that are "Unpalatable". I surely won't be doing business with your company and I rated the Subpar Kicking Horse with a 1 star rating, if 0 stars were available I would have selected that. Provide a shipping label and I am willing to ship ALL the bags of coffee , needless to say I am very disappointed and utterly "DISSATISFIED".Italybestcoffee.com also sells coffee on Amazon.com. Customers complain of Returning the product is met with a "No Return" policy. Amazon customers has also received "Expired", old *****************************'s A to Z Guarantee steps in to provide a Refund.             You folks,(Italybestcoffee) are the only store that has a ridiculous policy that do not provide a Satisfaction Guarantee or Return for Refund due to "Inferior" Grade of coffee. The coffee was MFD 2023, roasted a year ago, unacceptable. I would ship back ALL the coffee that I had purchased if you provide a Return Shipping Label. The coffee you shipped are so horrid that I can't consume them they are undrinkable. I was hoping to find a coffee shop where I could continue to purchase "FRESH" roasted coffee, sadly you shipped the "OLDEST" bags of coffee that are "Unpalatable".
