h contracted the work of Premier Consulting Firm LLC for credit repair services on November 3, 2023. I stated that I requested my credit to be completed before the end of the year (by December 2023) to which it was stated that he could do that if we started immediately. He promised to remove all collections from my credit report as well as late credit card payments. On that same day, 11/3/2023, he requested a payment of $1700 which I later negotiated to $1400 to get services started. That was sent on November 3, 2023 via Cashapp to $jamark123. As of today, April 1,2024 the work that was promised has not been completed and my credit score has not changed. I requested a refund from ***** to which he advised that he could provide a partial refund, upon inquiry about this refund I have received no response.Business response

We are writing in response to your complaint regarding the credit restoration services provided by Premier Consulting Firm LLC. We apologize for any inconvenience or dissatisfaction you have experienced. We understand the importance of timely and effective credit restoration services and regret that we did not meet your expectations in this regard. As stated before that the process typically takes 3 months, however, all client credit file is very unique just like a fingerprint so the process timeframe and credit increase *** varies.
Regarding your request for a refund, we confirm that ***** did offer a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill due to the delay in completing the work. We also confirmed that there was a few deletions of collections from *************** credit file. *************** requested that we canceled her credit restoration process. We apologize for any lack of communication regarding the status of this refund and will ensure that you receive a prompt response regarding its processing.

I paid him$2500 . He assured he would fix it within 3 months . He never did, he came up with ever excuse why it wasnt done . I paid him in may . In June . He assure in November since nothing was done that he would refund my money .I have recording and text of him saying he would refund me . ***************************. He has change his instragram bussiness names 6 times so, he might change it again after this
