    I called to have my title sent to me for my truck at the tax office and they told me that I do not own my truck because it has a lean on it from rapid auto in ************* fl. And I have never been their or got a loan my trunk is all paid for and I was told its been since 2017, Just finding this out I have got no letters or calls, now I cant get in contact with anybody on the phone and its temporary close so I cant find out any information about anything, so I dont know know what els to do about getting this fixed and I need this fixed because I feel cheated and I worked hard for my truck to have it owned by someone else.When Im the one paid my hard earned money for my truck.I have had loans before and paid them all off I have no outstanding loans or car notes in or under my name. I can not give you a tracking number or any information about this lean thats on my truck because I know nothing about it before today , this has been 17 years ago and Im just hearing about this,

    This transaction was done during Pandemic in 2021. i used my vehicle title by surrendering it to Rapid Auto Loans to secure a lone in the amount of $4,000.00. I made payments from 2021 throughout 2022 and part to 2023. i was unable to make payment because of a crisis with developing several mechanical problems. Recently like the past 8 months I've been trying to re-register my Van because it's now working and have insurance but I'm unable to make contact with Rapid Auto Loans. These are the numbers that are available for contact. #************ /************ unfortunately there is a recording that say." We're unable to answer your call, please try again during normal business hours". Whether it's 7am or 12am the message is the same. All i need is my title so i can register my vehicle and be able to work, because I've not worked in almost 8 months.

    Hi so my issue is I received a loan from rapid auto loans. I then paid off the loan on January 24 of 2023. Rapid auto loan was suppose to release my title and registration so I can renew my tag. I've spoke with them numerous of times and was told that my documents were clear to renew my tag. Now it's been 2 weeks later and I still have the hold on my registration restricting me from renewing my tag. And I'm getting the same story from them every time I call.

    I have called this company a multitude of times requesting documentation showing that this account has been paid in full and the lien has been satisfied. I keep getting verbally told everything is fine, however for some reason I cannot get anything in writing. On December 21st 2022 I received a notice of their attempt to repossess my vehicle. Again I called and spoke with the supervisor. This gentleman, named *******, advised me that they are still working on finalizing all the documentation, that I could disregard the notice of repossession as it was sent out an error, and that pay off information would be forthcoming showing that everything has been satisfied. I have still not received anything to date. This information was sent to the department of motor vehicles showing there is a repossession request on my account against my car. They will not permit me to renew my tags because of this. I called back on Monday January 2nd and was again advised that something would be forthcoming showing everything was in good standing. Still nothing. As of today, January 13th, I called yet again, only to be told again verbally everything is fine and just disregard any notices that I've received as they are invalid. However I insisted that I need something in writing in order to show that this repossession request has been discharged so that I will be permitted to renew my tags. The representative, whose name I couldn't quite catch as she spelled it so fast, advise me that there was no supervisor for me to speak to and that I was not permitted to stay on hold until one became available. She told me I would have to call back. I advised her of the hindrance that this has on me and then I'm not allowed to renew my tag for my vehicle and she said there's nothing she could do. Even though she again verbally confirmed everything is in good standing with his account and it has been paid in full. I'm not sure why they will refuse to provide me with documentation showing this. Whats up?

    I had got a loan from Rapid Auto Loan and I paid it off this summer and they have yet to release my title. I sold the car to my sister and I'm moving out of state. She needs to register it but they still have a lean on my title so she can't register it. I've called at least 5 times and each time I'm told it's handled by a different department and they will email them. I asked for their number and was told they couldn't give it to me. I need my title cleared.

    PAID THE ***** LOAN OFF ON SEPT 14TH. THEY HAVE BEEN GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND ABOUT THE RELEASE OF THE **** FOR 2 MONTHS NOW. EVERY TIME I REACH OUT TO THEM THEY TELL ME THAT THEY ARE SENDING AN EMAIL TO THE ESCALATION TEAM TO GET THE **** REMOVED AND THAT SOMEONE WILL CONTACT ME TO LET ME KNOW IT HAS BEEN DONE AND I GET NOTHING. I HAVE CONTACTED MY ATTORNEY IN REGARDS TO THIS BUT AM TRYING TO RESOLVE IT WITHOUT HAVING TO FILE A SUIT. I JUST WANT MY ***** RELEASED SO THAT I CAN SELL THE VEHICLE.

    September 23 2022 i paid off a loan on my 2006 f150,as of too day a lien is atill placed on my truck...I called 11 times n all 11 times i was told it was being escalated n no such thing was done...I have a ********* receipt stating the loan is paid off...They are holding a LIEN AGAINST MY VEHICLE FOR NO REASON N THEY R GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND...

    Along with the other many complaints against this company I have also been victimized from Rapid Auto Loan. **** still on my car after loan is paid in full. Both of their offices are closed indefinitely and there poor customer service staff claims there going through a merger with some company named Sky Loans and there sorry we're talking about a 6 month lapse. Now there operating remote which causes more of a concern. I do plan going to the ************************* about this in the morning. No form of action *********** from this company to rectify and make this right for the record. There's others waiting for lien removals from this company now for years. Poor Business ethics never again!

    I contacted Rapid Auto Loans to obtain information about my loan on 16 Aug 2022. We worked out a settlement agreement and I contacted them back the next day to pay the settlement. Each time I spoke with them, I was informed that my title would be clear of the lien within 10 business days. This morning, the manager I spoke with said the funds had not been applied to my account due to their system not being up to par. He said would get it taken care of and for me to call back after 2pm to see what we could do about getting my title clear. I call back and the manager I spoke with has changed the "policy" on me stating that it takes 10 days to apply payment and 10 business days to get the lien lifted. She then proceeded to cut me off and talk over me as I was trying to state my case. It boiled down to "too bad for me" and I'd have to wait until they got around to it for the lien to be lifted. I got tired of being treated like a low life and hung up. I was told when I got this loan that if I didn't pay they would contact me, I received no contact. I was also told they'd come get the car. It's still at my house. The manager offered to come pick it up and I said no, I paid for it. It's still mine.

    I took out a loan in 2019 and was paid in full. I finally went to the *** to renew a tag for my vehicle and it still shows a lien on my registration. I can't renew my vehicle and I have called to try to get this resolved and they have told me it's going to be resolved and expedited but still on record. I was hung up on by a manager who had a really nasty attitude. This is unacceptable. I need this resolved ASAP.
