I got the services to remodeling my kitchen with HPC, specifically with ********************* ********************** last year, so far they did a great job with the cabinets but there was two issues with the countertop, there is a scratch and a black stain. On December 22nd, I texted ***** about that and send him the pictures about the black stain and scratch. Because I already paid in full, ***** was not treating me the same as before when I was a new customer, he hung up the phone after we were talking with the excuse that he has other client and didn't reply my txt messages. The last conversation was for him to install those two pieces, he never replied my txt back (the last txt that I sent to him was on January 25th) and also I found out that he left those two pieces of quarts next to the garbage bin outside my house (HPC_01 picture). I don't know if he treats in this way to his customers because he is the owner's son but definitively he does not know how to treat the customers.How it's possible that ***** do business in this way, not taking care of the customers, or he doesn't care because if told me that he is the owner's son.Initial Complaint

Purchased cabinets and quartz countertops from this company. Noticed after moving into apartment, quartz counter tops were not properly sealed and could not be cleaned. Tried to reach out to Ron in sales, he said he would get them looked at, but I never received all call back. I reached out over dozen times. Never got any satisfaction. Cabinets are now starting to deteriorate as well. Unfortunately life and covid got in the way and I gave up. But things are getting back to normal and I feel that I got ripped off. Counter tops are very stained now. Drawers don’t close properly and are not lined up
