On or about March 22, 2022, I have remitted $645 to this entity to have 9 inquiries challenged on my credit report. To date there has only been one successful challenge result. I have been consistently contacting the company to express my disdain because I have paid for a service that does not appear to have been received. I have been extremely patient just to be put on hold over and over again just to be told call back in three days and I will submit again. I have been patient and still received the same zero results. I have advise them that if the inquiries could not be removed please issue a refund. Trying to get a matter resolved with this business is like a cat and mouse game. No one has time for the chasing and the back and forth. **************** is non existent.Business response

The client was very rude and confused her payments with her husbands payments which his work had been completed, there were some complications with her work to be done so she received a full refund for the services she paid for.
