I had originally called because my information was exposed by att in a data hack. I thought that since my credit was frozen I was protected from identity theft. The person that answered my call was extremely patient and helpful. After she explained how I can protect myself from identity theft I decided to purchase the program they offered. I felt immediately better because they put an security alert on for me while I was on the phone. A couple days later I received a package from them in the mail. It was easy to understand. I had a followup question and I emailed customer support for help. They were amazing and very helpful. I didn't realize how at risk of ID theft I was. I feel so much more safer now. If you want to protect your personal information I can't recommend them enough.

Called this number which advertised as Equifax.a guy ********************* answered and was trying to sell me on a Dark Web Protection for $360. for life and said I wouldn't even need the Freeze from the reporting agency. almost fell for it he even made a payment plan if I signed up the same day.
