Instagram has denied access to my profile despite having input my account username and password. I have provided an email, followed all steps asked of me, and complied with prompts to restore account access and have been circled around redundantly with no access to live assistance.Initial Complaint

I have an Instagram account on ********************** media. Somehow I lost full control of that account. Therefore, I cant change anything. Im able to log into it, but I cant change. Cant sell on it anything like that *** contacted Instagram I put in reports to meta-it keeps telling me use met I go through meta-logging in it tells me to try to login it doesnt work. I keep asking for help with no response from Instagram. I would like someone to repair it and give me full control if my Instagram account for my business.Initial Complaint

Im having problems with getting into my Instagram account and no one with Instagram is helping with this simple issue. No email to contact nor a phone number. I really need to get into my instagram account to continue a current job that Im doing online. The instagram support team is not helping with this situation cause there is no one to contact about it.Business response

Unfortunately, we couldn't find any records for the customer associated with the email ********************* in either our active or cancelled customer databases.
We strongly believe that the customer has not utilized Stim ********************** for ****************** growth. However, if they can provide evidence of a subscription, we're more than willing to investigate further and offer assistance.

The social media platform Instagramhas been illegally manipulating my likes and views. This has been negatively affecting the potential traffic I could have for my businesses. This has been going on for months. The have been putting 2 others have liked this pictures when its been well over 200. From my primary device they have also manipulated my views and likes from others. It doesnt show 2 others on my device but it does from everyone else. This makes my page look fake and unapproachable. I believe this was done with malicious intent. They have also disabled me from monetization and ads for no reason. I would like to speak to someone from Instagram headquarters before I proceed with legal action. This is unjust and illegal.Initial Complaint

Hello, my name is ****** ***** I am having trouble logging into my account my account username that I always use is *************** However someone’s Gmail and phone number that I don’t know is registered under my account which is what it’s preventing me to login. Which also indicates on my account was hacked. I have the screenshot of this Gmail and phone number of this as proof. The situation has been happening now for a few days and now it has started messaging my followers asking about bitcoin which is not what I do. It has also gotten to the point where the person that is impersonating themselves to my account is asking my followers for money which is considered illegal. I would like to find a solution on how to get my account back because I have family that I follow that I am not able to speak to on the phone and that is my only way of contacting them. I have contacted them so many times and it has been a week a no response, as well as I’ve tried to call them I don’t get an agent to speak to I just get an automated voice message saying they don’t handle customer complaints over the phone anymore and they refer me to their help center. Their help center has not been helpful because the steps I need to take for Issue to be solved is nowhere near possible that’s why I need to talk to someone professional. I also have pictures to prove that my information on my account has been completely stripped. If this issue can be resolved that would be much appreciated. thank you!
