Here are several of specific dates where you failed to meet our service agreement 07/27/23 10:53am Called front loader was not emptied. We were told they will call dispatch and call us back. No call back no pick up of trash.07/27/23 12:07pm- Called a 2nd time since we never heard back. No solution.With that being documented we have provided The reasons why we chose to terminate our service agreement with Choice Waste is due to your company's persistent failure to meet the terms and conditions outlined in our service agreement, specifically pertaining to trash pickup, customer service, and the negative impact on our production as a company.Despite our repeated attempts to address these issues, we have not seen any substantial improvement in the quality of service provided by your company. Our concerns include, but are not limited to:1.Delayed Trash Pick Up: Your company has consistently failed to adhere to the agreed-upon trash pickup schedule, leading to overflowing dumpsters and an unclean environment on our premises. This has not only created an unsightly and unhygienic situation but has also caused significant disruptions to our daily operations.2.Poor ***************** We have encountered numerous instances of poor customer service, including unresponsive communication, lack of follow-up on reported issues, and an overall lack of professionalism when dealing with our staff. Effective communication and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential elements of any successful business relationship.3.Downtime for Our Production: Your company's inability to provide timely and ********************** services has resulted in downtime for our production processes. This downtime has a direct impact on our productivity and profitability, which we cannot afford to continue.Business response

Good morning,
The customer that made the complaint has been trying to breach his contract for some time now. He continues to get more and more aggressive in his tactics and actions and has been very abusive in bullying our staff. In the most recent conversation with our general manager, he threatened her that if she did not "just allow him to get out of his contract, he was going to file a complaint with the attorney general and the BBB". She informed him we would be turning the account over to our in-house counsel and two hours later I was notified by you of his complaint. There are several clarifications to make regarding his claims, he had a temporary open top roll off, they were informed that the lead time for service on that container was up to three days, when they would call for service then would then call every few hours for an ETA in order to "document" that they made several calls regarding their pickup and it took a couple days to get service, however they were informed when they initially called for the service on this temporary container that it would be a couple of days for service so they were always aware and trying to use this as a default in service that did not exist. On their service days for their regular contracted frontload service, they would call for an ETA stating the truck was late despite the fact that the service agreement does not state a service time, it specifically states it can be anytime during their service day. We believe they have hired another hauler and that is the reason why they have been trying for months to breach their agreement, they have specifically been making meaningless calls so they can claim they are documenting service issues; however, the container is being serviced on their scheduled service day, they are just calling for ETA to show a log of calls. As I stated earlier, I have already contacted our in-house counsel to take over this account as they have become quite abusive to our staff and now, I believe I will have them add defamation of character to the suit based on these fraudulent claims to BBB and the Attorney General. I have attached a copy of the current in force service agreement and the email where they requested their service be moved to their new location. Please let me know if you need to speak with anyone in my office who has been on the brunt end of his bullying or if you need additional information from us.

I am rejecting this response because: We have requested in a professional manner for Choice Waste to terminate services and they refuse please see emails attached of choice waste disregarding our concerns and using mafioso tactics in attempt to strong arm us into continuing to do business with them they have even said through email that it does not matter who we choose as a service provider because they will fall under their "umbrella" not sure what that means. But we will still like for them to terminate our service agreement. Thank you.
