In June 2023, company was contracted to replace windows with Hurricane Impact windows. The agree price and amount paid was $29,000.00. The vendor promised to complete the job within a month, this is almost 10 months and the job is not completed. a) Two window screens missing.b) Open and closing style on one window wrong (horizontal should be vertical).c) Broken window need to be replaced.

We have fully installed everything as per contract.. Except 1 Broken Window that we are awaiting from the maufacture.

MARCH 28,2023 - CONTRACT SOLD
WINDOWS ETA FROM MANUFACTURED 7/1/23 ( ORDERING WINDOWS USUALLY TAKES 4 MONTHS FOR FACTORY TO HAVE THEM READY)
INSTALLATION WAS SET FOR MID-JULY - NOTES FROM THE INSTALLER WE RECEIVED THE WRONG WINDOW, WE HAD A CRACKED WINDOW AND WE WERE MISSING SCREENS.
WE ORDERED THE ***** FOR WINDOWS AND WE WAITED FOR MONTHS AND WEREN'T READY, WE SOLVED THE PROBLEM BY BUYING A SIMILAR WINDOW WITH A DIFFERENT FINISH, CLIENT APPROVED THE CHANGE TO EXPEDITE THE PROCESS.
PERMIT GOT EXPIRED BECAUSE WE NEED IT TO ORDER MATERIALS THAT WERE MISSING / DAMAGE
WE DID A PERMIT RESUBMISSION ON NOVEMBER 13
MEANWHILE WAITING FOR THE PERMIT WHICH WE STILL ARE AWAITING FROM THE CITY - THE LAST COMMENT ON THE CITY PORTAL WAS THAT IT NEEDED AN AFFIDAVIT AND WE SUBMITTED IT, WE ARE CURRENTLY WAITING FOR THE CITY TO RELEASE THE PERMIT, I TOLD THE CLIENT HE IS MORE THAN WELCOME TO CALL THE CITY AND ASK FOR STATUS, HE WILL GET SAME INFORMATION.
SCREENS WERE ORDER, ALL WINDOWS AND ***** WERE INSTALLED AND REPLACE. WE RECEIVED (1) WRONG SIZE SCREEN FROM THE MANUFACTURER WE REORDERED THE ONE MISSING
WHAT'S MISSING IN THE PROJECT: CITY PERMIT THAT IS AWAITING THE CITY, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THEM, THE CLIENT CAN CALL THE CITY DIRECTLY AND ASK THEM ANYTHING HE MIGHT NEED TO KNOW, AND HE WILL GET THE SAME INFORMATION THAT WE ARE GIVING HIM.Customer response

Thank you for your response, we are not satisfied with Best Price Contractors response. We visited the ************ ******* ****************** They state the first permit was issued to Sunshine Roofing and Window Consultants **** permit expired.
The current application for permit is submitted by ************* *** 10/23/2023. The *************** is waiting for response and resubmit revision task, 22 day and 20 hours delay. Return to vendor 02/29/2023.
We don,t know what screen manufacturer they are using but it is more than three months we are waiting for the 2 screens with incorrect measurements.

Complaint: 21450262We are not satisfied with Best Price Contrators response. They have been saying this same thing for more than six months. They supplied information for the city and waiting on the permit. They order the screens and waiting on the manufacte to deliver. I called them on Monday 4/15/2024 and they said they will be calling the city on Monday 4/22/2024 regarding the permit. I will email you on 4/23/2024 to let you know what I learn from the City of ********Thank you.

As Stated Prior Please wait a little more as we can not control the city times..We expect to recieve ther final in the next few weeks...But once again the Project has been fully installed minus a broken screen and 1 in correct window
