Dear ******** (Artstone Granite, ************)I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the lack of progress on the countertop installation project for my home, as well as very limited communication from your end.As you are aware, we agreed for the installation of countertops with LEDs at my residence, and I have provided an advance payment of $8000 on 14-July-2023 as per your request and the terms outlined in the attached document. Unfortunately, despite multiple promises and assurances, the work has not been completed, and the project is significantly delayed.I have diligently documented our interactions, including payments made, phone calls, and text messages, which clearly reflect the lack of progress and communication on your part. I am attaching the documents with this email. This situation is causing undue stress and inconvenience for me and my family.At this point, I feel compelled to request a refund of the advance payment, as the agreed-upon work has not been carried out despite you promising several times via text messages that the work will start and the installer will show up. The lack of communication and failure to meet the mutually agreed-upon deadlines are unacceptable.I request that you respond to this email by 5-Jan-2024 to confirm your commitment to resolving the outstanding issues and refunding $8000 that I paid to you. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within the given timeframe, I am prepared to take legal action to recover my funds and address the breach of contract.I would like to emphasize that my preference is to resolve this matter amicably and avoid legal proceedings. However, I am left with no choice but to protect my interests if a resolution is not reached promptly.I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and look forward to a swift and fair resolution.Sincerely,*****************************
