I purchased a part (Ultima ****** 1-1/4" offset collar motor pulley insert sprocket shaft for Harley ********* from Demons Cycles through the internet on 5/2/22 for $24.46, plus $9.45 for shipping for a total of $33.91. I received a confirmation email on 5/2/22 at 12:43 pm on Order # ******. I was charged on my debit card for the part on 5/3/22. I sent a follow-up email on 5/10/22 inquiring about an update on the status of my order, as I had not received the part or a response from the seller. I proceeded to call the number on their website, only to leave a voicemail to have someone call me with a status update on my part that they had already taken my money. I waited another week and sent another follow-up email on 5/19/22 inquiring about where my part was and again asking for someone to please call or email me back. I then followup up with a phone call, only to be placed directly on hold, where I waited for 15 minutes, before being hung up on. I called back several times, but no one answered the call those times. At this point, they have committed fraud and I'm seeking to have my money returned to me. I've attached a copy of the receipt and I can forward the emails that I sent inquiring about the status upon request as well.
