I booked a shipping container with this company to ship my household item from ******** to *******. I paid for a door to door service but only charged me more money with no coordination with the ****** transportation company to have my items drop at my door. They refuse to provide the correct information and I was not able to track the container and I am responsible for all the charges incurred here . They never paid for a service provide here and charged me over ******* additionally for a service that was not provide. I asked this company to refund my money which they refused and only offered lies with no resolution. I have all the emails and text stating I paid for door to door service and yet they still refuse to pay or return my money. Im hoping you can assist my in getting my funds return or assist me with an attorney in which I can consult.Business response

On the signed contract 3rd page second paragraph clearly stay destination port charges are not included in the rate / service we provide, you have read and signed confirm notice (see attached with your signature on it) , if you refuse to pay destination fees and not clear customs at destination you will not able to receive your container , customs will not release your container, once you have clear customs, the trucking company will continue delivery your container to your address as booked. Bill of Lading and container number was provide to you day one when you self loaded the container, container number is your tracking number, so we provide that to you from day one, so your complain said we do not provide you tracking that's lying. Your container is arrival to the destination you book for , we completed our service, no refund will be issue.

Dear, ***, my complaint is with your handling of information that you constantly gave bad information and not being truthful and upfront. I paid you for a door to door service in which you have failed to provide any information or payment to the service provider here in *******. Its clear that you were not being honest and I have all the text and email with you contradicting your words over and over again. You did not pay anyone to have my Items delivered to my ******** address and you stated I paid for door to door service several times. However the company has not received any payment from you. Im requesting you pay the money I sent over the container cost to cover the agent that helping me here in *******. I will continue to this matter until a resolution is met.

Your booking is door to door service, however the destination customs clearance is not included in the service -- this was note from every email from our company, also you have read from the contract and signed for confirmed. , if you decided hire agent in ******* to handle the customs clearance that would be your on your own expends, we do completed your order on the time frame you requested, cargo arrival to destination safely.
