      I purchased a Jeep JK J8 Brake booster around 3/2022 and kept getting messages it was backordered and delayed. In 2/2023 I decide to do another order through Northridge 4x4 and got the booster in about 60 days from them while Morris 4x4 kept saying it was back ordered. I cancelled the order and ask for refund. Paypal would not allow Morris to do a refund since it was over 6 months since the payment was made and instead wanted Morris to just issue a payment to me which they refused. I opted to accept "store credit" for my ~$300 and use it towards the purchase of a Power Stop front & back kit and lines. Paid an additional ~$900 after getting verbal confirmation item was in stock and would ship immediately. A few days later got an email saying manufacturer would not ship until 6/20/2023. As of today, 6/30/2023, no delivery, no additional communication and now no one available for chat, phone call and emails are not being returned after 1 week. AVOID THIS COMPANY and their parent company AUTO ANYTHING.

      Dishonest and Fraudulent business practices Morris 4x4 aka Bestop Morris LLC has been the worse parts distribution company I have ever delt with, It is impossible to exchange or return product that does not fit or work. They have a 30-day policy however they make sure that they delay long enough on the return authorization that you could never return or exchange you item within that 30-day period. It took over 30-days to receive the Hid-a-step, part, and the day I received the part I opened one held it in place, realized quickly that it would rattle against the frame and would drive me crazy. I emailed Morris 4x4 the following week to get a return authorization they stalled, stalled, and stalled. I called customer service many times as I knew that time was not on my side, eventually they told me everything was approved but I would have to wait for a RMA # but they were only going to take back the part that was not opened even though neither came in factory packaging. I asked many times by phone call and email to where I was to return the parts. Morris told me over the phone that the parts needed to be shipped before the 30-day return window, finally I sent the parts back to the “shipping” address on my packaging slip I knew if I did not send the parts even if I had to pay for the shipping myself, they would never take them back. Once the package arrived at their office, they sent me a RMA # and FedEx shipping authorization. I paid $40 out of my own pocket to return the product only to have the package refused and returned. Now I am down over $400 I called Morris upon learning that they had sent the parts back, they then said that they would have to receive another RMA # authorization and it would take several more days and I would be notified via email of the new number. I received an email 4/19/22 from Morris stating that they will “no longer honor the RMA number and would not generate a new one.” The Better Business Bureau has them rated at an “F” and t

      I bought a Griffin radiator from them. The first one came damaged. They sent me a 2nd one and left me with the junk 1st item. I installed the 2nd radiator and it leaked, dumping all of the coolant out. I messaged them asking for a refund. They replied telling me I'd get a refund once I send it back. I reinstalled the factory radiator and had ZERO leaks. I sent the Griffin radiator back. My refund was not given thus far. As time went by, Griffin conveniently claims that there was no problem with their horrible product, so ****** said they would partially refund me. After going back and forth with them showing them reviews and forum posts by people with the same problems I had, they refused to keep their customer happy. They refunded part of my order and did not refund my extended warranty that I purchased.

      I'm sure they'd love to respond by claiming they "trust Griffin's expertise," but it doesn't take an expert to know that a radiator is leaking. It doesn't take an expert to see that Griffin makes *** products, at least for Jeeps, because you'll find negative reviews (similar) to mine on other websites.

      Lastly, they keep censoring my review of that radiator. Talk about shady. Horrible company, horrible products, horrible respect for customers, as well as service. They'd rather stand by defective horrible products rather than their customers. Their prices are not very competitive either. You'll have much better service elsewhere.
