      I cancelled an order that was on back order because I had a deadline and found it elsewhere. After I cancelled it, they still ended up shipping the part later anyway. I called up and started the return and refund process before I even received the item. I got an email with a label and an *** number. I wrote the *** number on the box and shipped it out through ***** immediately in unopened, undamaged condition. I called and asked them for an update with the refund and I was told they dont have it marked as delivered. I shared with them the tracking number showing it was delivered weeks ago and states who signed for it. On their website under returns they say the refund only takes 2 business days to process and its been weeks.       Hello - We looked deeper into this order and followed the communication flow from initial order to refund. The timeline of events labeled in the complaint are all correct. Additionally, we processed the refund for this order on 6/21/2022 at 1:34 PM. Unfortunately, there was an oversight on this order's return getting processed in a timely manner, resulting in the delay mentioned. The responsibility fell on one of our team members, and the matter was addressed immediately after we realized there was a mistake. We greatly apologize for the inconvenience and please trust our RMA process will be much smoother going forward. Thank you.

      I placed an order online (ORDER AB-******) for a mustang brake kit, totaling $2,396.95, on 5/2/22. After 3 days of no contact, I called to inquire about my order. I was then told about a 2-3 week shipping ETA. I requested to have my order canceled. They said it would take "3-6 business days". When I checked my order status, however, it says "On Hold" instead of canceled or refunded. It's pretty sad and unfortunate when businesses can capture and process your payment in mere seconds/minutes, yet cannot process a refund in the same speed. I want to know why my order status "on hold" instead of canceled? And I would like a full refund issued immediately.

      To Whom It May ****************** briefly recap the timeline:
      5/2/2022: Online order received from customer. Order # *********. Order confirmation e-mail sent.
      5/5/2022: Customer Support Ticket received requesting ETA. Salesperson responded within 2 hours notifying of 5/20 ETA. Customer then replied requesting to cancel. Salesperson cancelled order, notified customer that it would take 3-6 business days for the refund to process.
      5/6/2022: Accountant sends refund to order original payment method (CC). Customer filed ******************** Complaint.

      Throughout this process, our team was up front with ETAs when requested of our team and responded to the customer in a timely manner. We cancelled the order within 24 hours of the request, with a refund sent out immediately following to the customer's credit card. From that point forward, it's up to the customer's bank to release the funds to the customer, which is why we state 4-6 business days for the refund to make it completely to the customer. However, the customer submitted the complaint without allowing for the stated timeframe to receive the refund. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.
