Once again, we sincerely apologize for our mistake with the product. The return label was sent to the customer on 12/29/22, We did resend the return label today - 01/17/23 - and we will issue a full refund as soon as the return is delivered to our facility.

On July 3, I purchased a variety of hair care products from Ultra Beauty Shop online, paying this business $113.80.The business committed to provide me with the hair care products I ordered, not products that were tampered with, poisoned, or substituted or diluted with ingredients not in the original formula.The nature of the dispute is that almost all the hair care products I was sent were unusable total c*** and obviously not what the manufacturer had in the bottles at the time of production. I would say the products were defective except that it's hard to believe anything like that could come out of a real hair care product factory. So these products were tampered with, most of the original contents removed, and replaced with junk, then sold to me in exchange for $113.80 of my money.I emailed Ultra Beauty Shop's customer service to ask to return the items I bought for a refund, and they did not respond back.Business response

You are more than welcome to return the items for a full refund. We provided a prepaid return label for you to easily send the items you are not satisfied with back to us.
As soon as we receive your return, will issue a full refund for the returned items and also we will send the items to the supplier for investigation.
