On 9/30/XX XX:XXpm EST I ordered a medicine cabinet online from Keats & Castle. I ordered it from them because their site stated "225 in-stock, Ships by Friday, Oct 1st." The cost was $341.05/order# FXXXXX.The order confirm email said "Ship by Friday, Oct 1st" and my credit card was charged. Down at the bottom of the order confirmation AFTER they take your money, it says in the fine print **Expected Ship Dates are estimates and subject to change. We will notify you with any delays." I waited until October 4th to contact the company because Oct 1 ship date passed. I had a contractor at my home who was renovating my bathroom I needed the medicine cabinet while he was here the first two weeks of Oct. I clicked on the "Make Change" & "Cancel" buttons in my confirm email, but a message pops up saying "Changes can be made within 30 minutes of placing the order." Their website is fraudulent in promising a ship date & only AFTER you buy it, they tell you that it may not ship on time.Business response

Consumer Response /* (3000, 6, 2021/10/21) */ ***Document Attached*** Keats and Castle's website still shows that if you order this medicine cabinet soon it will be sent in sent in 2 business days. They now state that they have 187 in stock. I want my order canceled please. I do not want to receive this medicine cabinet at this point in time due unknown late delivery, problems they have caused me with my contractor, and the fraudulent website advertising. It is only after you place the order that you then receive an email stating that your shipping date may change. Please see screenshots from today of there still fraudulent advertising on their website. Thank you.
