I went through the **** Loan process for a new roof. A salesperson for ******************** came to my home and we completed the necessary paperwork for approval. I was subsequently approved for the entire project, cost $89000.00 Once we were approved and documents signed it took nearly 6 months to complete the roof. The materials were made right on my front lawn, shortly after the old roof was demolished and new wood put down where damage was too extensive to re-roof. The project completed in December of 2022.In April of 2023 we had a hard rain fall and the roof started to leak. I contacted both ******************** and ACP Home Armor directly. They came out after much back and forth and reported that it was not the roof it was the condition of the exterior of the house. I paid to have the whole house stucco, asked them to work with the contractor so the flashing can be done correctly. They agreed and never returned. Stucco is completed. I contact ******************** again for assistance in making sure everything is done properly. I spoke with *** at *** HI and he assured me someone would come out and fix everything. They came out and quoted me for more windows, and repaired nothing in regard to the roof. Another hard rain fell on November 2023 and my roof continues to leak. I have attempted to reach out again and have received no call back or correspondence. I need help. I am responsible for an exorbitant amount of money for a project that does not meet the cost.Business response

We have addressed all concerns raised and dispatched our team promptly to rectify any outstanding issues. Rest assured that we are committed to providing you with the necessary guarantees for your peace of mind and satisfaction.
It was agreed with the client that we will conduct rain tests to ensure that the work was completed to the required standard. This will also provide an opportunity for the client to reassess any problems that were previously exposed.

I got a roof done in September of 2019. Not even 4 years old. On the 5 year warranty. I went threw the pace program. About the ceiling in my spare bedroom that collapsed because or a leak in the roof. I kept having to call them. So when some finally called me back. He came out took a picture of the room ceiling. Told my wife his team would get back in touch. Some called set up an appointment. A guy came out did something then left. Never heard from the company till I call this Monday. They told me they'd call back in 10 min. Never heard back til I called Wed. Talk to a guy that said that there was a leak and they fixed it and took pictures. In like ok. What about fixing the inside that was damaged because of the leak. He said he'd get back to me. I went home for lunch. And a ****** portion of the ceiling had collapsed. So as I'm cleaning it up. Some women calls to tell me that they are not gonna fix it. I told her that is not possible since the roof they put on had a leak that caused the damage. She said she'd get back to me. Then I call the guy I talked to earlier told him what she said. And that the roof had collapsed more. He told me to send him pictures and that he text the owner and did not here from him yet. Now I called earlier morning. So I see Never heard back from anyone. Let's just say not a man of a reputable company. I told him that his company is not very professional the way his staff has handled things. He's like a guy came out and fixed it. I'm like I don't know because more of the ceiling fell. He told me they come out and do a water test and fix it. I'm like ok. But your gonna fix the inside to. He flat out told me no. I told him I will contact the pace company. In which he said call pace your lawyer and who ever you want. That this isn't his first rodeo. Which tells me he is not a good roofing company because of his word..so I will be doing these thing. Spend of 20k on a roof that's Been leaking for God know how long.Business response

The warranty offered to this customer is limited to correcting any leaks and/or issues involving the actual roof. However, it does not cover any issues or problems with the interior of the property. Upon receiving the customer's complaint we quickly responded and addressed the issue. The exterior roof was repaired in compliance with the warranty. The customer wanted us to repair issues with the interior of the property which are not covered under the warranty. From our point of view we have complied with our obligations and respectfully request that this complaint be dismissed.
