  Owner of County Tree and Property Renovation, Frank Bellino with the business address of ********************************************************************* was contracted for tree removal service in **********, ** and accepted full payment for the scope of work including tree removal, ***** grinding, and replacement trees. Frank has overpromised and underdelivered. I had a highly disappointing experience with this tree removal and replacement service. Despite full payment, he has consistently failed to fulfill his promises, providing endless excuses for delays and poor communication. The owner, Frank Bellino's unreliable scheduling and constant storytelling left the job unfinished for weeks. It's disheartening when a business and business owner prioritizes their convenience over customer satisfaction, and I strongly advise against engaging with this unreliable and unprofessional company. The owner Frank Bellino's questionable ethics became apparent when full payment was accepted, and the promises turned into an endless string of unfulfilled commitments. He says he will obtain the trees to be planted, needs measurements, and several days/weeks when called, he says he cannot get the trees at nursery because the only girl who works there is not available. So nobody at the nursery works there to contact to get the trees to plant? A business owner will get the job done with excellent service. But this shoddy owner, Frank Bellino, leaves the job hangiing and dragging on, and to be done at his convenience and leisure once paid. Once he shakes your hand and contract is signed, he will never finish until he wants to. Terrible business and scam owner running away with your money.

  On April 24th the owner of County Tree and Property Renovation (Frank) came to my property located at ************************************************************************ to assess scope of work for my landscaping project and provide an estimate.A scope of work, timeline and price was agreed upon that day, contract was subsequently drafted by County Tree and Property Renovation, executed by both parties and a down payment to begin work was provided. From that point on, the owner Frank, never followed through on the terms of the agreement.The project was supposed to take 2-3 days in total and ended up being 5+ weeks long. I had to contact the owner every day to confirm when he and his crew would be back to complete the project, which was eventually completed on May 31st.At the conclusion of the project, the owner Frank advised me (which was also noted in the contract) that if anything died or needed to be replaced he would do so to ensure it was to my satisfaction. He essentially guaranteed his work. I would need to contact him, advise him of the issue and he and his team would address it. Not only did that not happen when issues arose and I contacted him but the owner will not return any of my calls or text messages. Furthermore, I am left with dead grass, plants and trees that he installed and no other option but to file a complaint with the BBB for assistance with resolution and recourse. The owner and his company have been dishonest, unprofessional, unreliable and have created unnecessary stress and financial burden throughout the duration of the project and until this is resolved.

  In the first instance we told you to make sure your sod was watered every day and you were also informed that your sprinklers were not watering properly. You left for ******* for three months and you advised us that your sprinkler company was monitoring watering. You cannot leave your project unattended for three months. Further you tried to hire our ******* (*******) and our lead worker (******) to do additional work behind our back and that is why we severed our relationship with you. We would not recommend any company do business with you!

  Wehired County Tree and Property Renovation to cut our neighbors tree where the roots grew into our house. We paid him ******* many month ago, He called me and said he couldn't deal with our HOA regarding the paperwork and would send us a check back. He has not send it and doesn't answer the only phone number we have,,
