Me vendieron un vehculo en mal estado, (************************* 2015) el vehculo ni me permitieron probarlo, as mismo el da siguiente de llevrmelo le prendi la luz *** motor teniendo problemas de aceleracin y se le des configuro la llave para abrirlo y cerrarlo. NO me reconocieron los 1235$ de la llave, que se desconfiguro al da siguiente. Me amenazaron durante todo un mes, dicindome que me quitaran el carro y el dinero *** Dowpay, El Dueo ****** me ofendi y maltrato con palabras ofensivas y despectivas. ME DIJO QUE ME RECONOCERA EL DINERO QUE HABA GASTADO EN LA LLAVE Y NO FUE AS. Les ped al da siguiente que me cambiaran el vehculo y no lo quisieron hacer. Que si el vehculo estaba malo era mi problema.Business response

-Bill of sale
-******* Driver license
- Pick-up payment agreement
-Contract
-Receipts where it prove they did not make the down payment on full
- Text from ******* cell phone where she refuse to pay the amount owing because she has to reprogram the key 2 weeks later that she bought the car. And text she said express that she was aware about the $5,000 down payment. But decides no paid.
At September 1st she came with 2 cops trying to lie about the down payment. She shows a bill of sale made on August 3rd when she got the car. That night she didn't have anything to drives. And we got a pre-approval based on what she said was here income but she shows 3 bank statement 2 of them with overdraft and ending balance negative which, we just got next day, also her bank account had some income from uber and lyft, Which the bank refuse to make the deal. That is the reason why she came back on August 4th to resign a new contract with more down payment and agreed to make the pickup payment to us. 2 weeks later she had a problem with the key because this one was deprogramed by ******* mistake. And she decides "I am not going to pay because you guys has to cover everything, and this one is now my car because I said to the bank that I paid the down in full and I am dealing just with them".
We are filling a *** against ************************* because we are being defamed by this customer trying to get advantage and lying affecting us.
