I brought a 2016 Chevrolet Cruze On 3/18/2023, less than 20 minutes after leaving the dealership I filled it with gas and the car wouldnt start. I called ****** (general manager and sells rep) and he stated that it was unusual and to drive if and call him if anything else is wrong. On 3/22 and 3/23 , while on my way home from work the engine was jumping . On 3/24 I drove the car back to the dealership and reminded him of the issue on the day I purchased the vehicle as well as the new issue and asked about a refund , return, trade in policy and he stated there was none. He advices that I bring the car to him on 3/27 for a mechanic he knows to look at it and get the issues resolved, he stated theyre closed on the weekends. I advised him that I would be inconvenienced due to having to get a rental or needing to Uber and that it was not feasible after pay him over $11,000 cash less than a week prior. He did not offer any accommodations. On 3/27, I drive to the gas station from work before heading to his shop and the vehicle would not start once again. I called ****** and was very rude and stated I was supposed to bring the car to him. I stated the car would not start and asked if he had a towing service to get the vehicle to his shop and he sarcastically stated maybe in the next 5-6 years. I asked if I was to use the extended warranty I purchased through him would he cover the $100 deductible for the tow and repairs, he stated no and that I am on my own.A mechanic coded the car and advised that the battery was replaced for a smaller one that is not an adequate fit the car. They also stated purge valve, radiator, and evap have already gone bad. The hose for the A/C is missing and if held together with clamps and is not working properly which will cause the car to overheat . I purchased a warranty the same day and they stated they could not find my policy.

I bought a car (Ford Explorer 2013) worth $13,500, I gave $6,000 down payment and with abusive interest of 23% per month, being 48x of $410.00 per month and after 35 days of use the car is in trouble, the seller ****** (Brazilian ) promised “3 months of Warranty” and after few days the car have many lights on. They asked me to pay for repairs for the amount of $1950. This is a tremendous injustice because I am without the car to work and taking it without being able to use this lie and false promises has to be investigated because I am a worker and I will pay for something I use and not to take over bombs from other people or irresponsible sellers who promise everything to sell and then they turn their back on you and in that time not even the license plate of the car that he said was included was made...
