On June 21st 2023, I purchased a 2016 *** X5 from this dealership for $22, 495 and $600 for shipping. The owner ***** assured me that the vehicle was in "MINT CONDITION, AND NEED NOTHING" I did not received the vehicle until july 31st with an empty gas tank. I took a vehicle loan from navy federal to buy the car at a 4%, on August 18th I receive a mail from Navy Fed stating that my vehicle loan will be converted to a personal loan at ****% APR due to not having received the vehicle TITLE at the time alot. As of today August 21, 2023 I've yet to receive the title to send to Navy Fed, and also legally drive the car. Finally, on August 17th, I decided to go test drive the car and fill it up with gas, and discovered that it SHAKES violently when I step on the gas, the following day I setup an appointment with my local *** dealership to have it checked and discovered that the transmission is shot, and the car will be needing a new transmission ASAP and it's going to cost over $20,000. I have documental of everything I've stated, *****, has also been informed of everything and I've yet to heard back from him.Initial Complaint

5-17-2022 **** car seller "classified ad" car purchase with *********** wire transfer.i Seller misrepresented used car. Paint damage un disclosed. Interior and motor bay parts broken and missing.Seller will not refund my money and will not respond to calls and texts.I want my money back. I am reporting him to the *** via a IC3 complaint for federal wire fraud.I am also requesting **** ban him as a seller. I have pics of the un disclosed car damage. I have the car for sale at a local ******* dealer with 3 witnesses that can testify to the vehicle condition. I can not keep the car for evidence. I am 72 with cancer and needed a car for doctor ************* I used the last of my money to buy another local used car. If the defective car the dealer sold me is sold can you still see if you can get a resolution for me?I would hold the car in storage for evidence but I can not afford to do that.The seller goes to the Mannheim Auto Auction and the ******************** sites near *******.He is an evil, dishonest man and needs to be banned from the auctions and banned from selling fradulently misrepresented cars. He is hurting us buyers and getting away with it.**** misrepresented the as is car as in excellent condition. It is at best in "fair" condition worth $4,000 at best, not the ****** I paid. I asked **** if the car looked like new and he said yes no damage. It has been repainted and the side car pics by the rear door window have paint blister bubbles where they painted over rust without prepping the metal. Interior pics of door storage pockets the lids are broken and won't close. The motor pic shows the *** electronic box lid is missing. Air and moisture is damaging the parts. Steering wheel and door leather pull handles are badly worn and soiled. The driver seat left side seat bolster has wear and leather cracks in it with the wear of a poor condition car. Suspicions wear damage not reported to me the buyer.Initial Complaint

I GAVE A DEPOSIT ON A VEHICHLE, TO HOLD UNTLL I HAD A PERSON LOOK AT THE VEHICHLE TO BE SURE IT AS DISCRIBED. THIS WAS DONE IS LESS THAN 24 HRS. ***** PERSON WOULD NOT LET HIM LOOK AT THE VEHICKLE OUTSIDE, BUT WAS IN A VERY CLOSE SHOP AND **ULD NOT EVEN GET IN THE DRIVERS DOOR BECAUSE OF THE ***** MY INSPECTOR SAID THE VEHICHLE WAS REPAINTED AND THE ***** PERSON SAID IT WAS NOT, BUT MY PERSON DID A CAR FAX ON THE **** AND IT SAID IT HAD BEEN REPAINTER IN THREE **RNERS.I WAS TOLD IT WAS LIKE NEW!! THIS WAS NEVER REVILED OR I WOULD HAVE NEVER GIVEN DEPOSIT. I THEN TOLD SELLER I WAS NOT INTERESTED I WOULD NOT PURCHASE AND TO REFUND MY DEPOSIT. HE HUNG UP ON ME . I HAVE LEFT MESSAGES WITH NO RESPONCE. CREDIT CARD ** HAS GOTTEN NO RESPONCE
