A corrupt and **************** We we're interested in a vehicle they had. ******* assured us if we put down a "100% refundable deposit", they would hold the auto for us. We gave the $500 deposit in which they gave us a reciept for, and also confirmed by our bank statement, was collected. 3 days later, ******* called to ask our status on purchasing the vehicle, and said they needed a further $500 deposit to hold the vehicle, at which time we gave them another $500 deposit of $500 ($10 additional charge for each transaction) . Our financing did not go trhough, so we asked them for our "100% deposits" back. After 2 months of "we'll call you back" and "we'll look into the matter" and "we could maybe give you $500 back", they no longer take our calls. Another point of fact is, the auto that they said, "we've had other offers on, while saving it for you", is still sitting in the same place that we looked at it in the lot. Definitely a ******* business. BUYER BEWARE!

******! We bought a truck through them, we dealt with ******* who lied to the financing company about what the truck we bought had. Then proceeded to lie about “a better deal and lower monthly payments” to get us back to the dealership to find out they wanted us to switch trucks because the financing company denied the loan for the truck we already signed the legal paperwork for. Not only would they not give us a straight answer as to what the problem was but ******* wasn’t even there by the time I got there after telling my boyfriend he needs to switch trucks (to something we didn’t want or of a lower value) or we could get a refund. The woman in the office was the most rude person I’ve ever dealt with, she was not only speaking in a degrading tone but proceeded to act like we were an inconvenience when I asked what the problem was and we wanted the money back we put down for the truck after telling us if we would’ve put more money down we wouldn’t have had this problem. So since we were unaware we would have to lie to a financing company about what the truck had like leather seats, running boards, etc. we no longer have the truck we wanted. Yes we got a full refund for the money we put down but very disappointed in the unprofessionalism, the rudeness, and the lack of knowledge the people within this company have. Now we are out of a vehicle that we signed a legal contract with them and the financing company for. So not only was ******* deceitful but he ******* us out of a truck that we could afford the monthly payments on even though we got the truck for about 22k and change after it was posted for just under 19k online. We will NEVER be back and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I bought a car Marciano auto group within weeks. I started having problems with the car. I need a month I started having transmission issues. The electrical wiring for the starter caught on fire while I was on 95. The car would stop moving then I was told its going to cost me about $3000 to fix the transmission alone I paid $5000 for the car
