I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Premier Moto, regarding a serious issue I have been facing with my 2015 ***** Trax, which I purchased from them. Despite my repeated attempts to have the vehicle repaired, there are still issues with the car that have remained unresolved.When I purchased the car from, there were multiple issues with it, including an inoperative odometer, a persistently lit engine check light, and a malfunctioning air conditioner. The Manager by the name of ***** promised to repair all of these issues before I purchased the car.However, despite multiple attempts to have the car repaired, only the air conditioner was fixed. I eventually gave up on trying to schedule appointments for the other issues as it was a cumbersome and frustrating process.Unfortunately, I am now facing a serious issue as I am unable to renew my insurance policy due to the requirement for an odometer reading. Additionally, the engine check light remains lit, which is also a cause for concern. As a result, I am now in a difficult position, and I require a resolution to this matter as soon as possible. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue urgently and provide me with a suitable solution.To provide evidence of the ordeal I have faced, I have saved the chat history from my WhatsApp account which clearly shows the conversation I had with the office. This chat history serves as proof that the statement above is accurate and reflects the true nature of the situation.Business response

Gave them **** for down payment 4 days later engine was blown. My mechanic told me they sold the car with a bad oil gasket seal causing the oil to leak out of the car n blow the engine. I havent made my first payment they refuse to give me any sort of help now im stuck making payments on a car that has a bad motor. I bought the car may18th by may22nd car was at my mechanic and it has been there ever since until i figure out a solution. The car is a 2008 dodge charger with 87k miles.Business response

Thanks for contacting Premier Motor Sales. We've been in business since **** and our goal is to provide our customers with a positive experience and ensure that they are completely satisfied.
Currently we are selling about 120 cars per month.
We, Premier Motor Sales at any time DID NOT take any opportunity to take advantage at ANY OF OUR CUSTOMERS. We understand that used vehicles have imperfections, especially when it is a 14-year-old vehicle.
The customer brought about 3 specialists to inspect the vehicle before the agreement. After the customer mentioned a couple of flaws on the vehicle, we Premier Motor Sales, recommended the customer TO NOT PURCHASE it.Our business practices are based on selling used cars in an honest and transparent way.
