      My very humble opinion and I feel believe the following: worst I ever used. L@@K AT PHOTOS have tons more proof for litigation, license complaints, Governor, AOG, FTC etc! He gave me BAIT AND SWITCH deceptive business practices like price $2985 and inflated price 152% to $4556.56 after ripped up flooring. Why they offered me $$2500 to remove the reviews first if they did nothing wrong? I complained IMMEDIATELY about the poor installation and was told i'll be out of town and be back Wednesday ill call to fix this! and they never did. I have construction experience. CREAKING/CRAKING NOISES. Big damaged moldings, caulked everywhere cover up. Didn't use stair tread measurer. suppliers its in stock and I knew the price but he said they dont have it as he wanted to sell me his inflated priced flooring. He aggressively said if I didnt pay he's coming over. which he did. Underlayment switched to cheaper. Its like walking on egg shells and the list goes on. Ruined my furniture.

      Thank you for sharing your comments about your experience with us, although we have identified that you may have been mistaken in identifying the company that served you. You are not our customer here at the ************* store, however you insist on penalizing us by tarnishing our reputation with your bad reviews despite us having communicated with you through emails and messages that the stores are completely independent with different management and owners.
      Despite everything, we contacted ******** store to resolve the issue and they told us that: ... " **************** only found out about this supposed discontent through the review you posted on ******* Why did it take you 8 months to say that? Mr. *************** wrote on the review ..."I have construction experience doing floors, windows, siding, kitchens,bathrooms etc"... with all the constuction experience you mentioned in this review you should have noticed the issues on the same day or a week later and not 8 months later. Just to be clear, the last time ****************** manager was in your home, which was the same day that the installers finished the installation, we didn't find any problems with the installation and you didn't pay us at that time, we only received a check sent by mail from you 10 days later. We are a very flexible and professional company, proof of this is that we are here willing to repair any issue related to the installation in your home, however you refused to let us visit you to see the problem, so we are not sure that the supposed problem with your floor is the installation, especially since you never sent photos or even hired an accredited inspector to check such problems. How can we help you or repair this problem if we don't have the opportunity to see it in person? The only evidence we have is a threat from you that you want to tarnish our reputation in exchange for money. Before we offered $2500 to compensate for the problem, you were the first one to ask for money to remove the bad review. You can see the proof of blackmail in the emails attached. Once again we come here to make ourselves available to try to solve any problem related to the floor installation"...

      I am rejecting this response because:

      My very humble opinion, and I believe feel the following:
      Its no surprise this unscrupulous business continues to lie. I am trying to look out for the underdog from this deceptive business inferior workmanship from this company.
      First,they try to make the claim that the businesses are not related when they are on the same website with the two stores location.
      Second See ATTACHED I complained immediately and didn't want to pay but ****** threaten to come to my house and rang my house several times that I was in fear and being intimidated I paid. another reason I am concerned of them coming here for my safety. the next day June **************************************************** back. I tried to live with it but the floor makes more cracking noises in colder weather because poor installing of gap for expansion and contraction and poorly glued. I did not even want to pay that day until I got threatened by ****** that he was coming over to my house which he did ringing the entry gate several times so. But I text immediately the next day with pictures showing the Poor workmanship and he told me he was out of town and would contact me back and never did. See attached photo. Common sense is when they install something and it gets worse over time.
      Third I never tried to blackmail just more lies by this deceitful company.They bribed offered me shut up money. I agreed to accept and signed a document of their $2500 offer that started at $800. Because they knew they did wrong basically by them offering the money shows to me they did me wrong and theyre trying to cover up their inferior workmanship and deceptive business practices by trying to hide a reviews.
      I accepted the offer, signed the document that this matter would be closed and I would remove the reviews as they requested see ATTACHED.Once again, they deceitfully didnt follow through on their own offer. Which I am still willing to accept the $2500 offer and remove the ****** review to close this matter. If I was trying to blackmail,I wouldve never paid and made you get the money from me, so what sense does that make? It just shows how this business will try to lie their way out of anything.
      For the one review on ******, they somehow sneakily deceptively had that removed.
      See ATTACHED proof of unscrupulous bait and switch deceptive business practices raised the price 51% after ripping up old floor from $2,985.00 to $4556.56 and I have many other proofs of their lies and Facts!

      they offered me $2500 I signed a document agreeing to accept and remove reviews as they requested. they deceitfully withdrew as they seem to want to trick me to into removing reviews and not follow through. also attached again i complained right away proving their lies wrong. I will be leaving tons more negative reviews including ones they possibly manipulated to get removed. I am still willing to accept their offer if they get a notarized letter signed by them and i will remove the ****** reviews after money is received to rectify this matter. I have videos of the floor creaking during and after install. they had to redo some of the creaking and that left a unpleasing to the eyes and improper installing of two foot pieces installed in rows and a large section. when pieces should of been staggered with various sizes not all the same sizes.

The truth is that we do not know if there really is a problem at his house since we did not have the opportunity to visit his house to verify his supposed problem. The question worth a million dollars, why did he only come to complain 8 months later? We believe that the best way to resolve this problem is for ************ to hire an inspector licensed by the ******************************* NWFA along with a representative from ************ to provide a report on the real problem in his home. When this project was carried out, the material (flooring) was not supplied by ************ therefore we warned ************ of the problems that could occur when purchasing low quality products. I would like to know if ************ contacted the company that supplied the material (flooring) to report this problem, I would like to know what the supplier said to him, we always say to the clients when they purchase material from another supplier that we do not offer guarantee because when you have an issue with the project there is always a dispute between the supplier and the installers. We have over 16 years in the flooring sales and installation business, and as BBB itself knows, we have excellence in flooring services. What I think in this case is a customer who wants to take advantage of a company that has a wonderful reputation in the flooring sales and installation market by posting bad reviews in exchange for money.       I am rejecting this response because:My very humble opinion and I believe, feel the following: As you see they continue to lie and try to blame everyone else but themselves like a narcissist to manipulate this in their favor. They blamed the materials now shows more narcissism and unscrupulous. If the materials were no good then why did they install it? They continue to lie and say its 8 months which is over exaggeration and when I already provided the proof that I complained right away and showed the proof of the text screenshot (attached again) that he was out of town and would get back to me. Why didn't they get back to me after being out of town? Maybe because they deceived me and took the money and ran with no plans to correct their inferior work butchering the moldings and poorly installed floors. I had medical issues which was more important at the time and I feel they took advantage of a disable person. Attached is just a small sample of their inferior workmanship since many videos are too big of files to attached. It appears as evident here they're inflexible arrogance to work this out shows what I am dealing with. Also they avoid answering why they offered $800 and went up to $2500 shut up money to me if they did quality work? Why they backed out when I agreed to it? what company doesn't use a few dollars tarp to cover furniture. I will have tons of proof of their inferior workmanship for I guess this will be heading to court since they are inflexible and I will be asking for the maximum including the materials they damaged flooring,moldings, furniture etc etc. I showed their bait and switch deceptive pricing, etc. The complaints will go to office of attorney general,Governors etc as no one else should be a victim of this unscrupulous company. Maybe they have less negative reviews from paying shut up money to others. i tried to zip and post videos but the system would take it

      I couldn't send the creaking noise from their inferior installation workmanship as its too large as much as i try to compress and reduce. but heres more of the damages to my furniture to cheap to use a drop cloth for a few dollars. i notified them the day after installation though they keep trying to say 8 months.

      My humble opinion, I believe feel the following:

      why is **** of BBB stating "The consumer agreed to have you come out to inspect the alleged issues, have you contacted him?" when I never did. show me where, i said this? It now seems BBB is favoring the business and possibly put me at risk. Considering I felt threatened and harassed on the last day of the install when I called and told ************** wasnt gonna pay because there was so much wrong with it. He said he was coming over to me in a threatening manner and several times rang. I dont feel comfortable.
