My husband and I love the soft water. I refer my family and friends every chance I get. Thanks for taking the time to install my equipment and setting up for me. Also, I called today and a gentleman by the name of ******** was great on delivering customer service. He got to the bottom of honoring my service that was rendered to me prior. This company gets 5 stars for their customer service, technicians and high quality products! We couldnt be happier with our new Water Filtration system! We now have safe, clean drinking water with minimal maintenance! The company offers many options to equip your home with the best quality water filtration system on the market today ! Not only can you get clean, safe drinking water but their Reverse Osmosis system is wonderful for your hair, skin and nails ! They also offer options to improve washing your laundry !We purchased everything and are completely satisfied with all their products! RainSoft came by and did a presentation on our water and the presentation was very informative. After a great deal we decided to go with them. Despite the rain the installer still came and put in the equipment and Our water is so soft now. **** came by to go over everything and explain the equipment. He was also very helpful in answering our questions. Such a wonderful experience. We highly recommend RainSoft. You will be 1000% satisfied

Unprofessional from the beginning of installation. Product has become a sour lemon. I've had to call for service about seven (7) times. Water pressure loss through entire house, pvc pipes leaks, filter leaks, ruined our house wall paint, installer left three (3) houses hanging out of equipment dispersing water all over our backyard. When we call for service, they put us on hold for thirty three (33) minutes, eighteen (18) minutes then hang up. When they do answer, before we can finish explaining the situation, they are focused on like a broken record, telling us that we need new filters; same thing over and over. The reverse osmosis (RO) system is only a few months old. We want them to pick up the unit and to clear us from the balance. We're not asking for money back. As I explained to you on the phone when we spoke, you are responsible the check the pre filter cartridges every three months. We gave you the pre filter cartridges for free on January 2024 and March 2024, when they were leaking before, because of needing replacement and your frustration on not knowing. We will do the free filter replacement again, one last time, but you will need to contact our office back to schedule this. I have been trying to reach you since we spoke last, leaving you multiple messages with no response back. My extension here in the office is 1032, our phone number again is ************. But, as we do this free pre filter cartridge change for you one last time, you will need to be aware we cannot keep coming out for no charge and changing your cartridges for free each time.
Furthermore, we sent out our manager on June 5, 2024, instead of our service tech, since our service tech was not available and you needed someone to your home that day. He checked the water system and determined the **** was working as expected. We will do some additional work to ensure that the system works even better by putting the pre filtration equipment before those cartridges, so they last a lot longer.
So again, please contact me so we can get this resolved for you.

I got my Rainsoft system installed the end of last year 2022 and I have to say that since I have changed my water system, I no longer have to worry about bad tasting water or buying extra filters for my refrigerator or worrying about the water thats going into my hair or body or even when we brush our teeth. And the best part is your skin is not dry and itchy from the chlorine of regular city water you feel like your skin is moisturized, it is the best feeling! I recommend this company to everyone I know. They have been very professional. They have honored everything that they promised And I wish I wouldve got them sooner.Review from Guillermo C

so far i can't complain, the air quality you can tell the difference right away, the water from the tap is very soft, we use way less soap, no scratchy skin. So far so good, things i would say, i hate the bubbles in the water in the reverse osmosis, but it's really normal operation.Review from William T

An outstanding job. I am so happy with the Rainsoft system. We had been through several water filtration/softening systems. The folks at Coastal were professional and walked me through what was needed and why based on condition of our raw well water. The results have been super. What an incredible product and company! Our water is better than any bottled water we could buy, the showers and laundry get things cleaner with less soap, the ** air is incredible...and as an added bonus, I like to make those big round ice cubes for my scotch, and now the ice is all clear instead of foggy!
