      HomeASAP claims they notified me if an upcoming renewal. The email they claim to have sent is nowhere to be found...not even in the infamous spam folder. I notified them within days of charging my card I did not want to renew. They refuse to refund the charge. Steer clear of this company. There are plenty of alternatives who operate ethically.

      Total scammers...I think they work out of a garage and will scam you out of your hard-earned money. They have had several people leave cause of their actions. Doing your ads they will take your money and stop doing your ad the second month forward and unless you call and complain and check if they are doing the ads you will lose that ad budget and that budget goes right into their account. This company should be investigated for Bait and bait-and-switch tactics. Read other reviews this company is a Realtor's Nightmare.

      Horrible!!! I had a "remodel" done to my social media business page with the understanding that they would do some things to increase traffic to these sites. Literally all they did was add a couple of photos. NOTHING ELSE!!!!! I asked them for a refund and they refused. When I pressed the issue I was told a supervisor would be calling me that day....I got no phone call. I called back and was again told a supervisor would be calling me.... NOPE! I will continue to call until someone calls me back and they give me my money back for their false advertising.

      Absolutely a terrible company that is charging agents on an AUTO-RENEWL basis for a service that is less than vaulable. DO NOT recommend, customer service is difficult to reach emails are blanketed and filled with legal contracts that protect them from being accountable. If less than 1 start was available they would receive a 0 from me and my team of agents.

      I purchased the ** app from the in Dec 2023 and I've yet to have them call or email me to set up the **** I emailed them the *** contract, called them, and also emailed them and no one has called me back. I wish I could cancel the service.

      I requested a refund from this company, but they have declined my request. They have not provided any meaningful contributions to my business. Despite charging my credit card, they are unwilling to issue a refund, citing their no-refund policy. I advise against using this company, as they may continue to charge for additional services without consent. This behavior is predatory, and action should be taken against this company.

      I am a *********** Broker, almost 40 years in the business. I use all kinds of related services and spend a good amount on all types of advertising and support businesses. This service has never shown me any tangible results in over 4 years. I have read all of the reviews below and the common theme is pretty much the same. People like me are unhappy with the lack of results. Aside from that, under the camouflage of some supposed email that most of us never see, they auto-renew your annual subscription. I saw the renewal within a few days and requested an immediate cancellation. I was told that it was too late and that I would have to pay for an entire year of service that wasnt doing me a bit of good. When I tried to resolve the issue on the phone, I was told that they only respond through email. All I got from the head of bookkeeping was a canned recitation of their boilerplate terms of service. No apparent interest in resolving my concerns one on one. I tried to get in touch with a supervisor or God forbid see if I could speak with the *** of this small company. After I was left hanging for over a week, I got in touch with ***************** and I use that term loosely. They said my issue had been escalated to the *** and the decision had been made to disallow any refund. Not only could they not take the time to call me with their decision, they couldnt even put it in writing. I had to find out by making another call to customer service. What a terrible business model. As a 40-yr business owner myself, I am always interested to hear feedback from my customers, good or bad. Now I see why my measly $450 is so important to them. Without it, they may not be able to pay the rent this month! My advice to anyone reading this review is, run the other way. There are many other companies out there that provide a service that actually produces a return.

      This business offer to manage my social media postings. I didnt like the service and requested cancellation. It canceled my subscription, but have refused to take the profile page down. It shows in a very prominent position on ****** search, however, WITH THE WRONG INFORMATION ABOUT ME. TAKE IT DOWN, PLEASE.***********************

The best suggestion that we can make is to check to see who had ADMIN access to your business page and remove any service provider who is not serving your pages properly.       Super sleazy practice of hiding the automatic auto renew in the **** Then billing $79 without your knowledge claiming to have sent a notice to your email which goes to spam and therefore not read. Obviously this is part of their business model as no one would ever knowingly renew this pretty much useless service.

Terms of Use are also provided on every page of your READ Agent Dashboard from where services are set up and managed. This dashboard available to you 24/7 also provides you access to billing and subscription information and provides online cancellation. Terms of Use stating that you have accepted auto renewal terms and have read and accepted ************************************************ are not only provided prior to purchase in a large banner confirming autorenewal terms, but also are provided at each receipt of payment and on the dashboard. A review of the account shows that you had used this dashboard to activate service and to link the service to active the free posting feature available for Home Value sellers lead services. A Pre-Renewal Notification was sent out 30 days prior to the non-refundable autorenewal payment and the account confirms delivery to the email address shown on this complaint on 12/27/2022. Failure to read notifications or take action when we have provided you a direct link to your dashboard and our offices does not negate the terms agreed as advised by our Billing Team at your request for cancel/refund AFTER the payment was validly billed on account. You can reach back to the email where Cancellation at Period End was receipted or directly to ************************************* to discuss additional options on account. If you take no action, your service will continue active through the cancellation date confirmed in correspondence as no further billing is scheduled on account.
