After I made the purchase I realized there was another driving school that was better priced and closer to my location, but when I tried to come in contact with them for a refund they never responded, but they responded to every other message I've ever sent.Review from Ashley H

This establishment has very poor customer service and are litteraly theives and scammers! I paid $1200 for absolutely nothing! Between the constant rescheduling emails with no show instructors and no calls or returned emails you would think if they had any intentions on being decent people they would have atleast send out and update prior to closing their business and warn people they were not going to get a refund for services not rendered! There is a special place for these crooks!Review from Angela k

Terrible company. I have tried since July to get my 300$ back for driving lessons. Each call to company is at least ***** minutes on hold with absolutely no help. Forms filled out twice for refund and returned via mail that address was incorrect. I wish I would have read all these reviews before signing up my kid in July. I paid for my teenage son to get driving lessons including the test, which came to over $1300. I wanted to ensure he had the best possible experience before getting on the road. We received NO lessons, spent more than 3 hours at their office to find their vehicles had been repossessed, and all the forms of contact are useless. Phone numbers are disconnected at every location, the website is still up and running but emails only receive automatic responses, and their 24 hour chat is unavailable. We tried filing a chargeback with the credit card company and this SCAM of a company had the audacity to respond claiming we got our services and needed to review the cancelation policy. How would one even cancel when there is NO way to contact them? I'm livid! And then to see how many others they have scammed is just infuriating. They have filed bankruptcy and ask for our patience in a response to an online review. This is time sensitive service provided. Give us our money back! Absolute crooks!Review from amy f

I paid a large sum of money for a driving ****** package for my daughter and, after setting half the day aside on 3 separate occasions and being cancelled on with no warning all 3 times, i have emailed and called repeatedly to get a refund. I paid $478 for my son driving ****** and everytime they set up an appointment they cancel the appointment before the day . Now the number has been disconnected the email there is no way of contacting the school at all I just want my money back I didnt get the services I paid for I want my money back !!!Review from Forrest B

1 star because zero stars is not available.We scheduled appointments for our twin son and daughter. Instructor never showed up. The main phone number and both the ***** and ************ phone numbers were disconnected, and the email we sent was bounced back.Ill change this review if this changes, but Im not hopeful.Review from Kelly T

I paid over $600 for this course. I had to wait weeks to even get an appointment scheduled. No one answers calls or emails. Finally got an appointment and there was no one there when we arrived. I have been trying every avenue for days to get a refund and cannot get a hold of anyone.Review from Stacey C

I paid $100 for the Driving Road Test and $3.99 for the processing fee. In total $103.99 was paid to All Florida Safety Institute. My sister and I got there early and waited 15 minutes past my appointment time at 11:00 am. It was a total of 50 minutes that we waited for any representative to show up. During our wait, my sister called the listed number. No one picked up the phone. We left a message for a return phone call. While waiting we spoke to other customers that we were waiting in front of the storefront. This person had been waiting since we arrived. She stated she had repeatedly tried to contact them via phone since she had arrived. No one from All Florida Safety Institutehas responded back to her or myself.Review from Natalie W

We purchased a Road Test package. 22 hours before our first apt they cancelled. I called various times and no one answered. I would get a fast busy signal. I finally was able to leave a message. No one returned the call. I booked another appointment online. I was not allowed to book at the location that I had originally requested. Now we showed up for our second road test appointment and the business is closed and locked. I called again and cannot get anyone on the phone. There was another family there with the same problem. This company is a SCAM!!! RUN AWAY!
