      Horrible!! Continued to charge debit card $9.95 a month after calling in it took 20+ mins to have a terrible customer service call about canceling. Representative told me to monitor my children and I will get no refund! WOW! 0 Stars!! Look elsewhere!!

      Less than 1 star!!!! Predatory, dishonest, misleading. This course is a fraud and the prices are a bigger fraud!!!!!! Decline these services by all means and do not click sign up!!!! They will keep adding addl charges and before you know it, you will have paid hundreds for something that was advertised at $5.95. I hate this company and wish I could get a refund

      Horrible and dishonest company/course. False advertising. Course content is subpar. Every time you turn around they are charging you an additional fee. However once you purchase the course youre basically stuck! Their customer service is awful! They market the cheapest course however thats a bold face lie. Completely unacceptable and unethical! extremely frustrating that they are even approved by the state or back by the BBB. Quite frankly the are scammers. Would not recommend to anyone! Im completely Disgusted by this whole process!!!

      This "School" can only be defined as dishonest, predatory and just an all round shake down. $5.95 they said, meanwhile it ends up being $83.00 once you get to the end, and its too late to back out once you start as they charge you separately at each step, so once you're halfway through, you may as well carry on, since you have no choice.

      This business is Unquestionably using predatory and misleading tactics to trick customers into spending a great deal more than expected. I have never been charged $30 to release a digital certificate before, nor asked by a website to leave a tip. Be warned this website is a borderline scam and you are better off using a more credible source.

      worst customer service, cannot get a hold of no one over the phone or email. I had a charge for a membership from this company and I never signed up for such thing. there prices are ridiculous for an online course also. Other legit online courses are much better than this company. Do not bother with this place

      Based on the information provided, I am unable to locate an account. Therefore, until additional information is received and an account is located this review is invalid. The support email box has been searched with the email address provided and there is not a communication from that address. We encourage the complainant to contact us at ********************************** or ************. Our hours are Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM. Monday is typically our most busy day.       Why it shows 5 stars with BBB?This is a huge SCAM .They never show how they really charge ** until we buy the service.After that is a nightmare of charges.They charge for everything, and in the end they have a glitch on the page and we end paying twice.Im trying to get a hold with them over the phone, FORGET IT.The entire process cost me $215,00 from an advertisement of only $5,69..Can you believe it????Why BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU STILL BACKING THIS SCAMERS?????

You were charged the same amount for two separate and different products. One was refunded when you contacted our call center on 4/17/2023.       If I could give negative stars I would. This is a Scam on so many different levels. To start - My Credit Card was charged twice. This was probably due to the INSANE amount of times they asked 'Are you sure you dont want to purchase x** upgrade?' and then making the 'No thank you' button difficult to find and select. I probably selected the wrong option on 1 of the 30 times this happened. Deceitful practice at best, and consumers should be protected from this. ESPECIALLY if the government requires you to take the course. They ask a question at one point if this course will make you a better driver - it is a Yes/No question but they only allow you to proceed to the next screen if you select Yes. They are forcing you to provide the statistic that they want to see (I selected No 5 times, and select yes once and was allowed to proceed to the next screen). Again - not a good business practice. Consumers should be told about all costs up front. It was very disheartening to get to the end of the course just to be told "Hey we can email you your results for $40 if you want the results now, or we can mail it to you in ***** business days for free". Emails do not cost $40 to send, and mail is not free. In a response to another complaint you claim that email is a premium service - that is a false statement. Email is a standard service. What you actually want people to pay for is timely delivery of the certificate. That should be a standard expectation - and you should not be attempting to gain extra money from people who have already completed your course, and were not made aware of the up front costs. I paid $40 to take the class, and then got nickel and dimed the entire time. The $40 should cover everything. I wish I could do this whole process over, and never visit this website to begin with.

We offer additional products to enhance your experience. As each product is offered, each product has the option to decline the offer at the bottom of the page highlighted in blue, stating NO THANK YOU, CONTINUE. The information you provided does not indicate the course was deemed mandatory by the state. BDI election was the reason indicated for taking the course.The personal validation questions are the only questions that allow 5 attempts to answer correctly. The fees are disclosed on the first page of the registration process on the right side of the page. It is the same page the billing information is entered. Below is a link to this page. **************************************************** We offer expediated services for the delivery of the certificate in the event the deadline is imminent.       I got a reckless driving in 2021 in 2021 I paid 60$ and failed by 1 ? By ONE question which was a trick question! I got a letter in the mail saying I needed this 4 hr course asap! I went on to this site I have a picture it I'd NOT 5 95 thy ended up charing my account 95$ 33.95+*****+another ***** and **** on top of that . I've been on hold all morning this place lies and deserves to get caught I have picture of keep charing my account I did NOT use the site or take the test so I CAN be eligible for my refund ... are they gunna actually give it to me though!?

To pass the final exam for the *** course, a score of 32 of 40 correct answers is required; there were 25 correct answers on that account. Had we been contacted at that time, we would have been happy to work with you to provide an exam re-take. However, there isnt an indication that we were contacted. However, please check your email as we would like an opportunity to provide a satisfactory resolution, but we need additional information. Regarding the course from 4/8/2023, at registration once you select the course you need, on the right hand side of the page the total is reflected as well as an explanation of the fees. Here is a link to that page. **************************************************** Once the billing information is provided, you will be asked to select the delivery method for the certificate. We offer premium shipping methods in the event your deadline is imminent. If these options are not needed, there is a NO THANK YOU at the bottom of the page to decline the offer and select the **** option. This is the same process for the other products we offer as well. Our records indicate you contacted us via email and requested a refund on 4/10/2023. As requested, a full refund was processed on 4/10/2023. We appreciate your patience when trying to reach us on a Monday or Tuesday as those are the days we experience the heaviest call volume. However, our support box responded to your request in a timely manner and did as you requested. We hope this resolved the issue to your satisfaction.
