September 7, 2022 Sheilds removed 2 trees in my yard for $3200 and hauled away most of the debri. I am a 100% disabled senior citizen and unable to lift more than 20 pounds which I told the owner. I asked the owner to leave a few small branches and indicated with my hands 6" in diameter and he agreed. As soon as the trees were down the owner left with most of the crew, leaving 2 workers to load the debri. The owner obviously did not instruct the workers properly as they loaded up all of the debri except for 10 tree trunk size logs up to 15" thick. I called the owner and he stated it was my fault for not instructing his workers. Sorry but I paid HIM to manage his workers and if there were any questions why did they not call my cell phone? As a disabled person I cannot handle the thousands of pounds of wood that was left. The owner agreed to send a truck by and pick it up but 5 weeks later it is still here and now the owner is no longer replying to my emails/texts. The city will not pick it up as it was from a contractor's work. My neighbors took some of the wood and used a truck to drag the remaining huge pieces to the street so all Tree Masters has to do is come by and pick it up.

      BBB,

Our company was hired to take down the trees the customer requested and haul off the debris. Once the crew began to load and haul off the debris, the customer requested some wood to be left behind for fire wood. The customer, at a later date, asked that our company come back and get the wood he no longer wanted.

Our company appologizes for not returning to the pickup of wood the customer no longer wanted in the time frame he wanted. Our company was in the midst of a major heavy clean up schedule due to damage caused by Hurricane Ian.

Our company has revisted the property and picked up the wood the customer no longer wants.

Please let me know if you require any additional information to clear the complaint.

      Thank you,
