This company keeps charging me fees that they do not disclose, including returned ACH fees when there is no return. I dont know how they are ethical or legal.Navitas Credit Corp. Response

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your feedback is incredibly important, and we genuinely appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns and provide clarity.Upon thorough review of your contract and our prior communications, it appears there might be a misunderstanding. Your bank returned ACH transactions to us as unpaid on June 7th and June 12th, resulting in two return fees. These returns also caused your payment to be late, leading to a late fee. These fees are detailed in paragraph one of your signed contract.We want to assure you that we charged less for each return fee than what is stated in the contract.We hope this information helps clarify the situation and contributes positively to your experience with Navitas. We have worked with Navitas since the beginning of this year, and every interaction has been pleasant. I have called several times with different questions and have been greeted with kindness each time. Some of the issues took a bit of research, they were always resolved quickly.
