On May 17th, 2022 I bought 2 ****** gift cards from Gift Card Marketplace, INC for the total amount of $1,680.00 for an upcoming ****** World trip. On October 30th I was told "We are not delivering any orders at this time due to the product quality." Over the last year I have contacted the company numerous times through a live chat as well as emails asking for the physical gift cards or a refund. I still have not received any more information or my money. I have all of my emails and chats saved for reference.Initial Complaint

I bought a Disney gift card and received them around the time frame they stated, so I bought another one the next month and then another the next month (before it was time for the previous card to be fulfilled). I never got either of those cards. The card I bought with my credit card was reimbursed through the credit card company. The other card was bought through my cash app and they wouldn’t reimburse. They told me to take it up with gift card deals.com. I was never able to resolve with them as they told me to file with my card company.Initial Complaint

I have two **** ***** *** ****** gift cards from 2022. They have 30 and 50 dollars on them, respectively. I read online that **** ***** *** ****** is not accepting gift cards online or in person due to bankruptcy. I did not receive any email or notification that my gift card was to expire. On the back of the card, it claims that there is no service fee or expiration date on any gift card. I am wondering if it is possible to claim the 70$ or get this money back somehow as it is not ok for gift cards to expire.Initial Complaint

On 6/13 I bought two separate 1000 dollar ****** gift cards for 840 dollars each for a total price of 1880. They sent me two cards that didn’t work and they said they would send me a refund in July of 2022. I have yet to recover my money.Initial Complaint

In May of 2022, I had been doing a significant amount of research into buying giftcards for our ****** trip. I read hundreds of recommendations for the website *************************. My sister-in-law and I each decided to purchase $2000 in giftcards. We were told that it would take 30 days to receive our giftcards. We were not in a hurry. When I reached out to them, they said they could not send the giftcards and could not issue a refund, unless it was to a ****** account. I could not get a refund from my credit card. When we finally decided to give the ****** account, they promised a refund. We have yet to receive it. They have not answered any emails and only have automated customer services that keep sending me to another website of "IT experts." I have transcripts saved from these conversations as well as all of my receipts. I cannot get ahold of ANYONE.Initial Complaint

On May 30 2022 I ordered a ****** gift card. After several communications and the company expressing my gift card will come, they then informed me they were out of stock and will need to refund. Since then I have been in constant communication via chat or email. Each time I am ensured that my refund will come in a certain time frame, but they then never process my refund. I have attached several of my communication, where I have send them my papal (per their request). I have continue to attempt to work with the company in order to recieve my gift card or refund. At this time, I am requesting only a full refund. Recently they will not email me back at all. I am able to contact someone through the chat, but they are unable to assist. Bought disney gift cards from vendor and never received anything. They said they would refund it but never have, since June. Here is the info from my account with them listed on there sight. I have many emails of them promising refunds every week, but they never do it. I purchase a $1000 ****** Gift card on March 22,2022 for $840 from Gift Card Deals. I was told it would take several weeks due to high demand. I had purchased on before with no problems. I still have not received the ****** card. I have been told since the end of June that it would be coming. First it would be refunded to my credit card 7/10, 7/19, 8/5. 8/9, 8/29, 9/7, 9/20, on 10/4 they took my ****** account info and said within 8-10 business days. I filed a dispute with my **** card but was denied because it was a gift card. My order number for the gift card is 16900. I would take the card or the refund. I ordered $4,000 worth of ****** Gift Cards from this company on 11 April 2022 and have yet to received them. I have reached out to them at least a dozen times and keep being told that I will get a refund, and that the core team is working on the solution. They keep telling me that I will get the refund next week, that has been going on for over a month now. I can't seem to get them to either send me the gift cards or my money back.Initial Complaint

Initial purchase was in April. Was told it would take a month to arrive. Gift card never came and I was told in early July that all orders of this nature were being refunded due to some internal issue. I have been contacting the company almost weekly since that time because the refund has still not been processed. They say every time that it will be processed within the week and this never happens. I have been lied to many times about the timing of the refund and keep getting put off so further actions needs to be taken. They took my money, they did not deliver the product, it is not legal for them to hold onto my money. It should not be this difficult or take this long for them to process a refund.
