Ordered a $500 GC. Received it 4-5 weeks later, so I ordered 2 $2000 GC and never received them. Got excuses for months. It took me almost 2 more months of constant emails to finally get my refund. They absolutely will not give a phone number to resolve any issues. STAY AWAY!!!

I ordered $2,000 worth of gift cards from this company on 6/20/2022 which I was told should arrive as 2 physical gift cards of $1,000 each in the mail within 30 days. and have yet to receive them. I have reached out to them at least a dozen times via email and I keep being told that I will get a refund as they are out of stock of the particular gift cards I ordered. After they requested my PayPal information (which I gave) to issue my refund they keep telling me that I will get the refund next week, that has been going on for months now. I have asked them to either send me the gift cards or my money back with no resolution.

Iordered 4 gift cards ( 2 each in 2 separate transactions) in April of 2022. I had purchased the first ones and received the e gift cards in a little over the 30 day ***** after emailing them once. The second gift cards were purchased, and I had to email multiple times after the 30 day ***** and eventually I did receive the 2 promised e gift cards. I was not aware that I could "check the balance" prior to our trip in October/Nov of 2022. When we got to ******* I attempted to use the gift card and was told that the card was not valid! I called customer service and immediately filed the report. I was promised a ************. Fast forward a month and half out and I have emailed, chatted with multiple customer services with a continued "I will escalate this to management" Took my paypal information, phone number, etc. I have received no communication and no one will provide me an actual number to contact anyone verbally. Buyers beware.

Ordered 4 gift cards, used 3 and they canceled the 4th before I could use it. Total scam.

Total SCAM. Cards don't work (tried 2 of them) and no refund. I should have known.

Like everyone else has already stated, this company used to be legit and I have bought quite a few gift cards from them in the past and even had a problem one time and it was handled professionally and expeditiously.All of that changed this spring when I ordered more gift cards, waited the 30 days and then inquired. I kept getting responses over and over that I would have my order by the end of the week, 48 hours, currently processing, et cetera, et cetera, for over the next 30 days.I filed a dispute with my cc company , ************ who I absolutely DO recommend!, and they took care of it immediately. They took off the charge and let me know they would deal with giftcarddeal.com directly. I see others on here have not been so lucky with their credit card companies, unfortunately. Do not buy any ****** gift cards from this company! They are no longer reputable and I would give zero stars if I could.

If I could give a rating of 0 I would. I was never refunded, received the same msges that prior reviewers did. I was told last week by them to file a dispute with my credit card company, but I was unable to do so due to it being over 30 days. I reached out to them again and was now asked for my paypal, saying someone from management would be getting in touch with me and I would receive a refund. I have zero faith that this will occur.

Ordered two gifts cards. They came with no value on them. Never got a refund. Dont use this site.

I have used this company multiple times in the past without issue (the most recent time before this being January 2022). placed an order on July 11th, 2022. on July 18th I saw a ******** post of someone saying they contacted asking where there order was, because it was past due and the company told them all orders are being cancelled due to "quality issues". I had received no communication about my order being canceled, so I contacted giftcarddeal and they told me my order was cancelled too and I would get a refund in ***** business days. (theres NO excuse for it to take that long). I was also told they would expedite it because we leave for our trip (that I purchased the gift card for) soon. on business day 12 I contacted and was told it would be another 5-7 buisness days (unacceptable) so I filed a dispute with my credit card, as i am in contact with multiple other customers and not a single one has gotten a refund. it is now buisness day 8 and I still have nothing from giftcarddeal, AND they removed the chat feature from their website so you can't even contact them other than by email. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! they used to be legit and I recommended them all the time but now they can't be trusted and have lost a loyal customer!!

I paid fully upfront and was promised a gift card within 30 days. I reached out to them regarding such card after that time as was given the run around. Finally after about two months they admitted to not having it available and will be giving a full refund. Well I contact them weekly regarding this promises refund and its been almost a month. Still waiting
