            I did not sign up for monthly billing. Corporate, as well as the Port Charlotte and ********** locations, swore up and down that my debit card was no longer on file. They continued to charge my bank account for approximately eight months, even after I cancelled the debit card and received a new one. After all of this I tried paying in cash and was refused. Apparently, my license plate is blacklisted by the corporate office. I would suggest never giving them any type of card.

            Went to Tommys car wash today. Asked about the free trial. Evidently its not free. Its discounted. Just a play on words. Anyway I went through the car wash which was supposed to be the works. Pulled into a slot to vacuum the inside. I the. Noticed that the driver side of my hood was as dirty as it was before I went through. I went back to the window and she said you have unlimited you can go through as many times as you want. I went back through and left to come home. When I got home the car was still dirty. I called the manager and he said he had no other complaints today so evidently he didnt believe me. So much for the customer being right. They wouldnt give me back my money. I will not go back there again.
