I did not sign up for monthly billing. Corporate, as well as the Port Charlotte and ********** locations, swore up and down that my debit card was no longer on file. They continued to charge my bank account for approximately eight months, even after I cancelled the debit card and received a new one. After all of this I tried paying in cash and was refused. Apparently, my license plate is blacklisted by the corporate office. I would suggest never giving them any type of card.Initial Complaint

Feb 19 2023 went toTommy Carwash in Port Charlotte with coupon for free carwash. ****** was denied because he said they had given away too many free car washes. Either expiry date should be put on coupon or dont offer them. To just say no is unacceptable. I need to repost this with your replyInitial Complaint

This facility damaged my third brake light and the store manager, ****, refused to make it right. The regional manager, *****, refuses to return my calls.I called corporate and was told that they would email the facility but that they probably won't read it because they know it's not good if they see an email from them. The gentleman I spoke with, ***, said they will probably delete the email. Sad. If they can't make this right, I will make sure everyone knows it.They say it didn't happen during the wash but there is no other way that would be damaged like that.
