      On about 2-11-2021 we had Soundworkz install a new sound system in my wifes Lexus hard top convertible. for nearly $3000. The issue was the system had poor bass. We didn't want a car shaking boom but an improvement. The owner assured us that the sound system he would install would take care of that problem and we would have strong bass.. We made it clear that the bass was the issue. He replaced the radio, added back up camera and blue tooth, which was good. But the sound system was only marginally better than what we had. When he told us to pick up the car we found the business was closed. no one on premises and our car unlocked. We began to check out the new system when he drove up screaming at us to get away from the car. I said this is our car you know who we are. He said no one gets to hear a sound system until I say so. We where underwhelmed by the sound and its been back at least twice with little improvement. We said we came for improved bass. He charged a lot and the bass not much better than it was before. We had emphasized at the outset that Bass was our concern. Our concerns where met with a bad attitude., dismisive of our problem saying he never promises improve bass. He offered to remove the system and give half our money back. That did not include instaling the original components including the radio which he did not seem to have We paid nearly $3000 for an underperforming system and were treated in a disrespectfull manner. We are senior citizens with a nice car. He probably thought we could afford to be overcharged

I do not think I have ever seen more lies in a statement before!as a company we would never let someone leave with something they were not happy with. as this is the first I am hearing of this I would like to see a copy of the original purchase receipt with the date not cut out please. the date is located on the top right of our invoices and it is clear that it was intensionally cut out of picture. once the bbb is able to see the purchase date it will be clear for them to see that if there was an issue this client had PLENTY of time to let us know about any issue and correct it. if I can be of any help from here I can be reached at XXX-XXX-XXXX
