Hurricane damage received from Hurricane *** are an Act of God, and are not covered by any type warranty. Your house is not Hurricane proof as you may think it is. Perhaps you should look elsewhere for compensation. Your BBB complaint as well as your **** Complaint are both unjustified. It is unfortunate that my own neighbor would place such a complaint. This is just another example of a consumer trying extortion tactics to get money out of a business. If you do not remove all unjustified complaints immediately, I will contact our attorney to pursue your slanderous remarks which you will be liable for. Please note that I did respond to your email on Friday 11/18/22 with the information you requested. As noted in the email, your supplier was Sunnyland Roofing and I believe the manufacture was Tamko.
