This hospital has always been decent when it came to adult care but PLEASE do NOT bring your child here. I won’t go into details we will be here all day but I took my son (9 months old) to this hell whole and the way Lori a ER nurse treated my son was the most shocking experience I have ever seen in my life. ABSOLUTELY no sympathy whatsoever and treated my son as a if he was an adult grabbing his arm aggressively and has not one ounce of self control to regulate her anger. The ER supervisor I believe ***** is her name is a waste of salary I attempted to get in contact with her due to my experience and absolutely no response for months and to make matters worse I spoke to a CCSO detective that also agreed it is almost impossible getting any type of help or assistance at this hospital. This hospital’s ER is a joke when it comes to the nurses and doctors (*********) I will say there was a handful of nurse who’s kept professional in this situation and that’s all but for the majority these people want to just give you the easiest diagnosis so they can get back to there chairs and gossips about other patients. I have contacted the Agency of health as well for this hospital to be looked into.

Thank you for your posting.  We have reviewed all the details of this incident internally and feel that the hospital followed all protocols that were deemed important to the treatment given that day.

Went to ** for what I thought was a TIA. Was told I would be admitted but was in the ** room all night. Uncomfortable bed, freezing cold, bright lights and very noisey all night Wasn't given anything to eat until 7:30 PM. Didn't get any sleep. I never got my usual medications. And as far as I could tell, there was only one other patient there, so it wasn' t because they were busy.

I was seen for left shoulder pain, hospital treated me as if I were having a heart attack and I was NOT, they ran the same tests over and over with normal results. I was admitted overnite and was told my insurance would not pay bill because I was held for observation and not admitted. After I requested my medical records it clearly states admit orders were written, I was left with a $5000 bill I can't afford. I would NEVER go to this hospital again, I believe they were padding my bill, unnecessary testing to drive the bill up. The next day I was given a steroid injection and released I instantly felt better after receiving shot. NO heart attack just a huge bill that I'm appealing in the court system.

Horrible. Nurses are like teachers who like Summers off but don’t like Kids! They are rude. Talk back. Condescending and Just right mean. I don’t let Strangers talk to me like that. We need a New Hospital around here. It’s gotten so bad I’m seriously thinking of moving back home to **. And I live it here. That’s how bad.

I went to the emergency room on Saturday 1/4/2023. I got in the back pretty quick which I was happy about. The nurse Debbie and Dr George were very friendly and compassionate. Also, the nurse that did the CT scan was very sweet. The day went on forever. I was told that I was going to be admitted as soon as they have a bed available. The day rolled on and I was still waiting for test results after hours of laying in the bed being hooked up to all the monitors, etc. I finally got some of the results, but they wanted to be sure that the dizziness has passed, so they suggested I stay overnight. Okay, I assumed I would be getting out of that tiny room without any windows. I am clostaphobeic , so I was starting to panic. The real NIGHTMARE started when the shifts changed and I had two nasty nurses on the night shift. I was stuck in a recliner chair that I ask if I could sit on because I was uncomfortable in the bed. After I ate, I wanted to get back in bed. I was trying to get someone's attention and a person walked by and ask the new nurse on duty to please put me back in bed. ( She responded in a nasty tone, I will get right on it.) I was stuck in the chair because the chair would not move in either direction. Michelle ( so called nurse) and Chris responded when I yelled help and was having a lot of trouble with the chair also. The nurse Michelle moreless yelled at me in a corney high voice saying don't ever yell help if it is not an emergency. Chris was nasty to my son on the phone and came into the room and slammed the phone down on the table and said, your son is on the phone. He said. He just got done cleaning up blood. The whole night I was scared and felt trapped. I begged my son to come and get me, but he thought it was in my interest to stay overnight to let them monitor my heart rate. Miscommunication about medications and shortish in beds and nurses. Horrible experience. Michelle bad nursing.

My son came here for treatment after throwing up blood and migraine. The triage nurse Daniel was getting my son’s history. In the past my son tried to commit suicide due to bullying in high school and told him this because the headaches have been progressing since then. This so called nurse goes into the hallway starts saying my son is drug seeking and was a ******* moron. Well big mouth thin doors. My son who went there to feel safe and taken care of now feels violated. This person shouldn’t have a job. I talked to the charge nurse but am quite sure it won’t go anywhere. Trust me that if I see this so called nurse it won’t be pleasant. I still plan on filing a formal complaint.
