I found Beautiful Beaks Breeder *************************** online, was in contact with her for 3 weeks almost daily, in regards to a Blue Series, Turquoise-Gray Indian Ringneck that I paid $1300 cash for via Apple Pay. $1100 for the bird, $200 for the airline flight and extras. At first, we went back and a bit because she was trying to tell me the bird I wanted was a different bird that appeared to show a LOT of green. I did NOT want a bird with any green, I wanted an paid for a BLUE - Turquoise Gray bird. She finally showed me the correct bird, I paid her, she sent me personal videos. Was supposed to ship July 1. Something came up and it switched to July 8. July 7, I hadnt seen updates, I asked for photos and for her to confirm MY bird, and be sure of the specifics. She was vage and describing the wrong bird again. I kept pointing out to be sure there would be no mistake, as mine also was the only one with a short tail due to another baby nipping it. Extra way to not mistake it. Let alone mine was very tame. She ignored my requested. The direct flight of less than 3 hrs was changed to 2 flights with a layover. Warehouse was closed but they stood open for me. I get there, I see a GREEN bird, long tale, possibly older, Im unaware, and not tame as the one I saw for 2+ weeks. I messaged her for 2 days to no avail. I feel scammed. Probably planned to give me the green bird all along, and overcharged for a special color blue series. I have all correspondence between her and I, and her saying there would be no mistake. I am heartbroken, very upset. I paid more for a tame, blue bird, & made it VERY clear I did not want the Green ********** and she sent him anyway, and is blowing me off asking her to make it right. I want the bird I paid for or a refund so I CAN purchase a BLUE TAME BIRD! If she prepays for its flight, I will send this bird back. Very bad business treating a good paying Customer this way.
