  *********************** was recommended by ****************** He was hired to fix a leak on a back porch. His solution was to tape the edges and put a roll sealer on the top and promised it would solve the leak. The repair took a little over an hour and the supplies were minimal and I paid $775.00. I even provided the ladder and drop clothes for any spillage. All along he promised this would solve the leaks I was having. When I got up the next morning the leaks were still there, no change. When I called, ****** offered to have ***** come back out and I told her I would resolve it myself and we agreed she would send a $200 refund check as the problem was not solved and the bill seemed excessive. When I reach out they no longer answer or call back and have not received the $200.

  Almax property maintenance we have been in business for many many years ,we pride ourselves on help building our community before an after the hurricane.mr *********************** called numerous time about a leek we were swamp with work but tried to help him out he told almax staff exactly where the leek was material was bought fix the leek settle with *************** on a price job compleated he was happy.a few day pass more disturbing call still have a leek almax offered to come back an take another look as this leek which was in another location *************** refuse an wanted refund which wasnt a fare proposol given the fact that most of that money went into material.*************** is a very difficult person to work with.

  I am rejecting this response because it has misinformation.  

  I called immediately the morning after the repair as the leak had not changed.  It was not a new problem.

  After some back and forth, we agreed on a $200.00 refund to make things right which never came.

  Also, they had minimal time and supplies and no results.

  At this point I realized I had been had by Almax Property Maintenance and that they are not an honorable company and wanted to make others aware.
