After Hurricane ******** had contacted several contractors to obtain estimates for replacing my carport and lanai roof. Some did not respond, didnt return phone calls and some with appointments didnt show. I understand that it is a very busy time for contractors and they may be overwhelmed but RoofPro, ******************************* did reach out and get in touch looking requesting further information and details. Unfortunately the roofing materials (structural panels) he was not able to get due to supply issues. I did find another contractor who was able to find the materials I wanted. ***** price for the job was equal to the other contractor. Although I chose another contractor, Roofpro was very responsive in getting back to me, kept in touch about the supply issues and tried to secure materials through their suppliers when others couldnt return a call or keep an appointment. I was quite impressed with that. I will definitely keep his contact information.

****** and his crew were extremely polite, professional, friendly, and hard workers. They started the job earlier than estimated and had the roof (and a new skylight) completed in two days. From the time ****** came for the original estimate through the end of the job, he insured we knew what to expect and he was always available for questions.RoofPro Roofing, LLC Response

Overall very satisfied with the experience and new roof. The job was a total roof replacement with the added waterproof membrane across the entire roof. ****** was very professional and responded to any and all questions within minutes. Price was extremely competitive especially when considering current rates and cost of materials. I received several estimates and roofpro was by far the best. Crew was finished in two days and did a fantastic job cleaning up. You couldnt tell they were even there. I Highly recommend them and have already referred a friend of mine who will be getting his roof shortly.RoofPro Roofing, LLC Response

I've lived in WI, MI, MN where ice & water are required 4ft up because of all the lovely snow. I know that Florida codes are great but to have ice & water shield covering the whole roof is awesome! That's well above code. It's like a rubber Bonnet for your roof. I mean I've been loving Florida since I moved a few years ago and I'm Pretty sure my roof will withstand the next storm now that's it's up to code. Also they got it done in 4 days and just dealt with Insurance so it was pretty hands off for me. Good luck to everyone else that has Hurricane damage. Led me on to think I was going to have a estimate done for over a week and the day of the appointment. Dustin texted me to cancel and inform me that they just don't have time to do repairs. Unprofessional business practice.RoofPro Roofing, LLC Response

I am very sorry to hear that you are unpleased with our response and service. Due to the recent hurricane, we are unable to timely get to every customer. We prioritize customers who have leaks and complete roof replacements. Our customers tell us that we are the only roofing company who answers their phone and responds to estimate request. I'm sure you can understand just how busy we all are after this hurricane. I feel your 1-star rating is unfair as our inability to get you an estimate is absolutely no indication of our service and quality workmanship. Again, we apologize for falling short by your standards.

Dear Roofing Pro,My rating of you is correct ?? because not only did y'all led me on once but supposedly the owner of the company called and said he would send someone out which never happened.If you care about your rating with the BBB, I suggest you stop playing games with the potential customers that are looking for professional and honest businesses.By sounds of your comments and actions you choose not to be honest and for me I'll never use your company service's or recommend you.
