We here in sw ******* had a hurricane in late september, 2022 which broke one of my windows on my home also on another window broke just a bead on the other window. On 02/24 2023 I hired Stockbarger Glass *** in ************** ** to replace the glass and a ******** for the other window. **** had to order the glass which took about a month for them to get it back total cost ****** for a ***** bead and a aprox 24' x 29' glass replacement. Anyhow they call me told me they got the glass in and made a appointment to install it,,,by the way they asked for a ****** amount up front before ordering which i paid. At that time i asked about the bead i paid for they said they wasnt sure if it came in or not they said they will call me back about the bead,,,well no call. So the guy shows up on time to install the window as he was getting out of the truck i asked about the bead he said he didnt have it but i will be in in one or two days. Now i know from dealing with some bussiness here in fl if they want full payment of the ****** at time of insulation i will never see the bead so i told them if they dont have the bead im not paying the full payment so he turned around put the window back in his truck and left. All that was on the 22 nd of March its now the 7th of april ******************************************************************************************************************************* right back to make a appointment to replace the window and bead well again no call.Business response

Job was scheduled and completed on April 14th 2023 ; new insulated glass and vinyl stop were installed. Due to supply issues the vinyl bead was on back order and soon as it was back in stock we schedule **********************.Customer response

I would like to add i dont think it was on back order you can get that bead about anywhere also when they installed it they just showed up at the house it was sch. for april 20th they showed on the 16th i will never order from them again..and will tell others of my experence from this company.
