I rented a room here for a month while I was in transition moving in to my new apartment. They were running a special for $1200. Then I had to pay a $100 deposit. And a $100 pet deposit.The room was DISGUSTING. They look NOTHING like the remodeled photos they picture. Their maid is a live in crack head that doesnt clean anything. The cupboards were gross, the bathroom was gross. The SHOWER had an INCH of dirt in it the day I got there. You would have had to bathe a horse in it to make it that gross. But the woman at the front desk seemed nice enough & it was super last minute for me so I didnt say anything at the time.It literally looked like all she did was change the sheets in the room and the rest was just plain grimy. And musky smelling. And I killed 3 cockroaches in my room during my stay.The plus is that there IS the ocean across the street but no ocean view. Just giant buildings. There are homeless people digging through the trash by the road daily, the place is swarming with long term *************** children that are always playing in the dirt and driveway out front, wont leave you at peace, always chase your dog, and arent in school somehow. This place is worse than the worst trailer park youve ever seen in your life.My bathtub continued to back up daily dirt that just sat not draining in the tub I had to have Maintenece do their best to fix it but essentially had to get keys to a different room to take a shower because at this point I had gone two days without before I had to b**** to get someone to look at mine.After I powered through this miserable month I contacted them MULTIPLE times for my $100 deposit back and they continue to read my messages (I can see all the read receipts) and wont respond to me at all.They are now charging $1600 for rooms and they have got to be out of their minds. I promise youd enjoy staying in a card board box more. If you have not physically seen this place and are looking to book DO IT IN PERSON.
