i don't know if it was Jenny or Jeanie, probably the blonde Jenny, who has terrible customer service, morals, & disgraceful business ethics. according to my gf's mom's 2 convos with her. & her telling my gf on the phone, her mom can either accept the ridiculous spot she was given or "vacate". not only was the concrete slab uneven, broken, & unfit to park on, a tree was in front of it to make parking almost impossible. at first we were told we can't park the rv on slabs at all. yet the neighbors directly next to us were on one & thus if we parked the rv on the grass instead, the pullout would intrude on their spot. they would have to move to give us the space everyone else has, but the "genius" maintenance man stated "they're not moving" nor would the abandoned car next door blocking their parking be towed, though it's been there for years. He also deserves to lose his job & be slapped for his attitude & poor consideration for paying customers, & failure to accommodate correctly & make sure ppl are on the correct spot to begin with. He did however come back with a better attitude after i checked him & threatened to call the BBB for poor management & character. & suddenly allowed us to park the rv on the broken slab. They also need to be smarter about having electrical plug ins directly near the hose faucet. (safety hazard) Don't come here. It honestly should be shut down or managed by someone with morals & standards.
