I lost $4000 to this scam company four years ago. I should have known better, but I included my husband in all decisions so I don't have to take all the blame. It sounded too good to be true and it certainly was. I hope the entire group rots in h*** I refuse to speak with any timeshare company ever again. We are fortunate enough to be able to afford our maintenance fee and that the fees have not been raised any significant amount after owning it for over 10 years. I don't think I will ever get over this experience. I was humiliated and am embarrassed that I fell for their lies. NEVER again!

They are a rip off. I cant even get in contact with them any more. We lost $1999. We are not rich and really need to get rid of our timeshare.

They have closed their doors and they are a scam company! I want my money invested with them to be returned!

what else can be said??? They all have the same story. They are probably sitting in the office or out on the beach having a good time while counting their (OUR) money. Does anyone know how to start a class action? Since they are out of business it is probably to late.

I’m so upset at being scammed by these people. They took my money and never tried to sell my timeshare. Every time I called Michelle ****** was out on conventions trying to market my timeshare. Never called with an update. Finally Jennifer ***** and said Michelle was gone. That she was taking over. What a waste of money and time. I wish we had the money to sue as a group to try and get some of our money back.

I signed up with them a year ago to sell my timeshare and it sounds like the same deal as others!! Only now I call right before thanksgiving and was able to leave a voicemail. Called after thanksgiving and the voicemail box was full. Called today 12/6 and guess what their phone number is disconnected!! Try the website and they are not receiving emails. I lost a lot of money and time with them. I had a massive heart attack and am unable to enjoy my time. I hope Diane and Fred are pleased with themselves!!

The scammers are doing what they are allowed to do with help of uninterested government agencies that have no enforcement authority. Only paper shuffling. Credit card companies also help the scam industry with short periods of time for reporting disputes. After cut off is pasted they side with the scammers. Victims are only protected during the 60 or so reporting period. Beyond that the scammers go to the bank with a smile on their face singing "Crime Pays". Walter T.

BUYER BE WARE !!!!!!! I can't say this loud enough. When reading my review and then read other reviews, it seams that NDMG has a system that all the sales people in this company use and it's differently unprofessional and right out wrong. I contracted with Diane Bal over a year ago and knowing from the start, my timeshare is larger than the usual. I have 32,500 points and I'm at Platinum/Gold status. This level does give a few more benefits and provides several weeks of vacation time. I have had this time share (Diamond) for 20 years and have used it every year. However, I am now older, partial amputee, 100 percent VA classified disabled, purple heart recipient retired Marine. I had advised Diane this was the reason I was ready to liquidate as I am unable to enjoy it any longer. She advised me she could sell this property as it's on the golf course in Scottsdale, Az and she would have to market it to corporations as they are the ones who could afford this property. We started out with being notified on regular times of progress, always being show cased and so forth. Like other people have said, in time they just stop calling and updating unless I called in. Usually it took 4 or 5 calls to get anyone to call back. A few times a Supervisor named Fred would call back, but he stop returning my calls also. Then the office secretary called back with more of same story, we are show casing. We dropped price from $150,000 to $120,000 to $99,500 to $85,000. Nothing. Diane ensured me from the start that they had several marking ideas, and don't worry as I would not leave still owning this property. She said they had their own financing and it would sell. Later I was told that nobody wants to finance with them as rates are to high. They kept telling me that they were putting lots of efforts into selling. But I think they work on efforts and have no idea what results are, as there was no results in my case except, I wasted a lot of money with this company.
