Original Installation - 7/18/2023 Committed to provide sod installation using 22 pallets of sod I paid for and had delivered to our home.Would like a refund for $2000 which includes replacing the sod and paying another contractor to install new sod.Almost all my sod died within two weeks due to incorrect installation. His company double layered the sod which makes it virtually impossible for the roots to reach the soil, they covered up almost all the sprinkler heads throughout our entire property so little to no water could get to the sod. The Owner, ************************* also incorrectly programmed our sprinkler zones for 10 minutes vs. 1 hour per HIS recommendation so when the sprinklers were on, they didn't get enough water from the few heads that were exposed. I have emails and and entire thread of texts, which he replied too, proving he was adamant about replacing all the dead sod. ******* also has every picture of the dead sod and the covered sprinklers, which he also replied too.I had to pay a sprinkler company to help me locate all the sprinkler heads and clean them all from being buried. I am not even including those costs in my refund request. More details are listed in my review on ****** on the Florida Cutz website.The weekend he was supposed to replace the sod (per his email dated 7/30/23), he never showed nor have I heard from him since the scheduled replacement date of 7/1/2023. I have tried contacting him via text, email and voicemail with no response whatsoever. I even had a lawn mowing contract with him which I had to cancel via email due to him not showing up. I did not include this in my refund request. Included is a copy of his email confirmation for replacing the sod, and some screen shots of our texts. I also left him one last voicemail on 9/11/23 begging him to contact us and make this right and no reply. The entire text string was too long to include every text but I included most of them. His texts are black/white, mine are green.
