My ** was leaking I called for an quote on how much it would cost to repair it spoke with ****** advised her of this she said she could send a technician out to give a quote tech came out told me ** coil needed cleaning and ** needed sealing he advised ****** would call to schedule it would be $565.00. ****** called saying it would be $715.00 because I needed to pay the $125 service fee I advised her she never told me about the fee nor did the technician when he came. Per ****** sometime when she taking the calls she forgets to mention the $125 fee I advised that was not my fault she can not charge that after the fact if thats case why didnt technician charge me or ask for it before rendering the quote she advised were going in circles thats there fee I must pay I asked for a manager she said she was the owner I advised I was not paying the $125 because I was not aware of it prior to scheduling and hung up ****** called back said she would only charge the fee the technician quoted and remove the service fee I said ok the technician came looked at the ** briefly and said he can do the service they quoted I need to replace the ** he left I called another company the ** line was clogged they unclogged it ** works fine now. ** doctors sent an bill to my house for the same $125 that ****** was supposed to remove I am requesting assistance in getting ** doctors to remove this balance due to it not being advised prior to coming for the quote.Customer response

Purchased two new A/C units from A/C Document in Port Saint Lucie. Both units have a 10 year warranty and unfortunately one of the units just stopped working on a Friday afternoon. One of the hottest days here in Florida. Called the Company to see if they could send someone over to look at the unit and get it working. Receptionist stated they could not come out until next week. We've had the unit almost 1 year and I explained it's under warranty for 10 could then send someone out this weekend? She started to yell and said they would not come out till next week. She then hung up the phone as I was asking to speak to someone in charge. Horribly dissatisfied with the customer service they are providing.Business response
