I have had nothing except for headaches and aggravation from this company. This year after using them for 3 years twice a year service plan. They caused many a problems these last few months. 1st of all the advertisement they have on the recording for hold. Says they don't use vacuums well. February of this year their tech Used one. Come July I had water leaking from the unit getting my ceiling wet. Their tech caused this. I had to pay 157.00 to get him to stop the leak and get the unit back to working order. This tech told me that the unit could use an evaporator cleaning. I did what was suggested. They send one tech when it's up in the attic and he's struggling with the evaporator coils needless to say the fins got banged up from the struggle of getting it down and up to get into the attic. After he puts it back in. He can't seem to get the unit to start back up for 45 min. In the interim heard a couple loud popping sounds. He was outside in his truck at that time so he didn't get to hear it. Couple weeks later I call them to tell them my unit is not cooling the way it should. They send another tech out. He claims it was the last techs gauges wasn't working so he topped off the Freon. Then a couple weeks later same problem ac is struggling to cool off home and never shuts off. I call another company for another opinion. Well looks like the motor fan blew because it had gotten wet by the tech that cleaned the evaporator coils. So now I have to pay for a replacement. My UNIT IS ONLY 4 years old. A unit this age should not have these issues! The techs caused all the issues and they all lie for one another. ***** is the owner and he doesn't even think about compensating for any of this. I asked for a call back from him and to no avail. This Company RUINED MY AC! After paying them every year to do maintenance and following recommendations! I would not recommend this company and give it a big fat ZERO!
